We enjoy dinner before plays. Timing and service always work perfectly. Highly recommended.

Waiters were lovely, but dinner took quite a while to come, due to pre-theatre rush, I think. When it came, it was great.

My husband and I and our friends have been to this restaurant a couple of times before we go to the Theatre. It is very quaint and the food and service is always great! We will be back!

Enjoyable meal and good service. Would have liked to see more than one gluten free option

There was only one person waiting on tables Sunday evening and I was left with the feeling that attention was no longer of importance immediately after the main course was served. A little "How is your meal?" "Can I get you anything else?" would have been appreciated. Unfortunately I for one was left wanting perhaps a little more water and a little more Parmigiano on top of my pasta but chose to remain silent and just enjoy the company of my dinner guests.

Great food and wine. We were there early on a Saturday evening after a matinee at the Stanley. Great wine recommendation. Quality food. They choose to have a small menu and do it really well!

Four of us went for dinner on Friday evening before the theatre. Ordered the wrapped burrata with arugula and heirloom tomatoes, however no tomatoes! The kale salad ordered by our friends was very salty. 3 people in our party ordered the daily risotto, it was only warm and not thoroughly cooked. The spinach and ricotta ravioli was fairly "plain" and again not hot. It was super noisy in the restaurant so hard to hear each other over the voices of others. I don't think we will be back anytime soon. Lots of other restaurants in the area.

We stopped here for dinner before a play at the Stanley and had a delicious meal. We both had the beet risotto which was excellent, and finished with the lemon tart. Service was timely and friendly which was good, given we had a deadline to leave by. We will definitely eat here again!

First time at Siena. Smaller menu but with daily specials there is more than enough choice. Nice ambiance. A little cramped but pretty standard in Vancouver. Great service and food quality. Two glasses of wine, one appetizer and two entrees with tax and tip = $95.00

Pasta special had very little sauce. Wine list very pricy. Too expensive for what you get. Room has too many tables crammed in making service difficult. Gave Siena a second chance after a poor meal last year. Won't be back.

Flavourful and inventive dishes. Pasta was superb! Quite noisy with a full restaurant of people but still enjoyed the energy; and found the seating comfortable. Service was excellent and no matter how busy it became our server always wore a smile. Being so close to the Stanley Theatre makes it a must do for a pre-theatre dinner. Would definitely recommend to friends.
