   My wife and I had been waiting to dine at Signature. It did not disappoint. The entire staff knew it was our anniversary and they pulled out all the stops. Drinks, food and ambience was top notch. Signature is now our favorite restaurant, HANDS DOWN!!

   Dinner was so delicious. Perfectly prepared and presented. The staff was most gracious and well versed on meal details and presentation. The noise level was extremely high with a large group of very loud people. This noise level made it difficult to talk with my spouse. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary as we do each year at Signatures for romantic evening dinner. I would suggest that large groups be situated in the back of the dinning room with smaller tables toward the front to allow some space from loud large groups of 5 or more.

   Food and service are both excellent, however the portion sizes were extremely small. The prices were astronomical for the portion sizes. I am all for smaller portions so that I can try more dishes, and still be health conscious. However, this was way out of whack.

    Spectacular for both brunch and dinner. Staff is incredible and works well together to help create a seamless guest experience. Food is beautiful, full of flavor and unique. Pork Belly Benedict was perfection and the Scallops may have been the best Scallop dish I have ever had. This place is just wonderful. Thanks again for the great experiences.

    This is our favorite new restaurant in San Antonio! Upscale with a cool laid back Hill Country vibe. Staff is incredible, ambiance is amazing, and the small details and touches they have thought of have made this a totally unique experience.

    As soon as I walked in was greeted by a host of Signature staff. My party was welcomed immediately and then escorted to our table. Our server Kevin was outstanding and we were greeted by their knowledgeable Sommelier Joel. We had cocktails that were perfect and then proceeding to first courses. The fried quail was perfectly balanced with a buttermilk ramp vinaigrette and thyme honey, and the ramp risotto was a table favorite. Second course was a classic rabbit vol a vent that had my French brother in law singing praises. The asparagus was cooked perfectly with delicate poached eggs and a bright brown butter hollandaise to compliment the dish. Between second courses and the entrees my wife’s vertigo was acting up and the staff accommodated by moving our table outside so see can get some fresh air and enjoy the beautiful on site garden. This level of service is rare to witness in the San Antonio dining scene from my experience and really set a margin from everyone else and made her birthday celebration that much more special. We enjoyed the beautiful weather and entrees were served hot and looked amazing. We had the short rib, gnocchi, scallops and sea bass. Everything was cooked with passion and served at the same time. The sea bass was crowd stopper with the celeriac purée, absolutely delightful. Chef John Carpenter’s menu really set a standard of excellence that I would be hard press to experience else where in the city. I will definitely be back because that brunch menu looks appetizing.

    I think this restaurant is one of the best in San Antonio. Our party tried many different selections off the menu and enjoyed them all. The beef was especially delicious, cooked exquisitely and of excellent quality. Side dishes were also good, yummy with our main courses. Our server was very knowledgeable, helping our party select food and drink, delivering our meals together with extra wait staff. Loved her suggestion for dessert, a chocolate yummy, with fruit and creamy filling. Highly recommended!!

    Celebrate my husband’s birthday. We tried the Spring tasting menu. One of the best meal we had in San Antonio. We had wonderful time there. Beautiful interior design and nice golf course view outside. Octopus was so soft (little salty for me). Scallops was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Tenderloin was just right middle rare. Definitely will go back for brunch next time.
