On April 07 we will have Sofia Aguilera to talk about her interesting path to becoming a writer and have her books published in English and Spanish and sold at Barnes and Noble, Amazon Books, and Goodreads, among many other online stores. About Sofia Aguilera At 17, Sofi became the youngest published author in Mexico. She is the author of “The Lost Origin”, and “Star Blood” series. She won the award “Writers of Tomorrow” She holds a B.S in Bioengineering from Rice University.

I love this place! The most authentic environment and cuisine you will find in The Woodlands! Not to mention the owner and staff are amazing! I stumbled upon this bistro after getting my hair done at east shore salon and this was the highlight of my day!

Thank you very much Simona’s. My husband and I had a great time. My jalapeño margarita was really good I don’t drink white wine but my husband had a Spanish Albariño and he said it was great. Grilled octopus and shrimp tacos were awesome. Loved the art and all the details. We will definitely go back. Thank you again.

Good experience. When we arrived it was quiet. The space inside is small, so it is unable to accommodate larger parties. That’s fine, just something to understand. The menu is unique in that it differs from a traditional restaurant. That said, it’s a great place if you’re looking for something unique and good. We really enjoyed it. If you are into unique cocktail options, this place probably isn’t for you. The food we ordered, was great. I’ll be back for sure.

This is a new restaurant in the area and the food and drinks are amazing! They have a great wine selection and the shrimp tostadas are the best!! Can’t wait to be back!!

They usually are not open for dinner and it seemed they did not know what they were doing - our waitress was new, was not attentive forgot the wine pairings of each course - the food was underwhelming and arrived mostly cold - the time was prolonged bc they were not bringing food in a timely fashion - I had heard they were really good for breakfast, so we wanted to try it for Valentine’s Day - quite disappointed in dinner, charged way too much for mediocre cold food and poor service

It was our first time to Simona’s and we LOVED it! Great ambiance and the food was fantastic. The service was great and Pablo makes delicious cocktails. Best carajillo and the presentation was unique. Can’t wait to go back!

It’s a nice new place in the neighborhood. There is little less food for vegetarians as I have expected but I have found couple of items. The food is pretty tasty, staff is nice and fast. Thank you!
