Serving Craft Beers 25-30 Craft Beers on-rotation & classic cocktails twisted our way with small selection of organic wines.
A triple IPA, super hoppy with a malty core, tropical aromas and elegant, long bitterness. Smooth and balanced, a triple threat to buzz you up!
As brewers, we get the privilege to sample our beers straight from the tanks in all their raw glory. Some beers need a little polishing to get ready to go out into the world, while others—the hop-heavy, rowdy, crowd-pleasers—should just be left alone. We wanted to share this brewery-only treat with you, so we present this Hazy Little Thing, our unfiltered, unprocessed IPA, straight from the tanks and into the can
B.I.G. and juicy. The 6% East Coast IPA is packin' with plenty tropical fruit aromas of apricot, peaches and passion fruit with an intentional cloudy haze that contributes to a creamy mount feel. It's all good baby baby
Remember those spoon-banging college dinners? No? Well, pretty sure this is where this drink originated from. I did ask Jess, though she told me to Google it. Thanks bub. Anyway, OJ and champagne. Salute!
So... There's this guy OK. Let's call him a friend of a friend... Actually, it's a long story. Come in for a beer and we'll tell you all about it. Here's what you need to know: Brutal, musky, obnoxious, unreasonable and bitter, yet strangely compelling... THE NAKED OBJECTOR INDECENT WEST COAST IPA 6.5% booze 90 IBUs And he smells better than he looks
Pales, Sessions & More
A beer best paired with care free days, Side Track All Day XPA is the ideal go to beer for a moment of refreshment on those days where the time just gets away from you. Its packed with aromas of fresh citrus, tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and a hint of pine, with a light malt base for a smooth body with crisp bitterness
German style wheat beers
The classic style of beer
Meet Icon: an unfiltered Steam Ale It's an Australian Lager but it's not. It's a Steam Ale but it's not. It's a hop bomb but it's not. It's a session beer and a geek fest at the same time. It's simple, really, but it's complex. Have we bastardized an Australian tradition? Have we sold out the Craft fraternity? Have we conflated a cultural icon with a computer icon? Have we over-thought this? Yes. Yes we have
Stouts, Ports & Black beers
The Buzz is a hop-inspired American red featuring all American hops – Amarillo, Symcoe and Mosaic, and boasting a big-ass malt profile. Layers of rounded red malt orbit a generous slue of piney, spicy and floral hoppy character. THE BUZZ pours a spectacular crimson colour

Gose, Sours, Tropicals & More
True collaborations take the very best of those involved to create something very special. Looking for a true taste of Asia, our friends and collaborators at Smith Street Taps in Singapore suggested the unique sweet and salty character of Asam boi or salted plums to mix with our kettle-soured Berlinner Weiss. The resulting beer is a true taste of Asia in an Australian made beer. A redolent deep orange with a dense rocky head, sweet complex aroma and an evocative and intriguing sugary, sweet, salty, fruity and sour palate. Perfect for a humid Singapore afternoon
Hibiscus infused session sour
Carwyn Canvent 2019 - So you like sours, do you? Do you like "like" "sours" or do you really like sours! We like sours, we really do. We like them so much - we' re going to see just how sour we can go before we break something or hurt ourselves
A crisp apple cider for the Australian market using apples cold pressed from northern Victoria
We have used the Australian hop variety Enigma to create our own take on a classic drink
You have heard the saying "drive it like you stole it" but to be honest... the wheelman probably had. He wasn't in it for the money he loved the thrill, the rush and the adrenaline. Having been in the game this long there wasn't much sweetness left, just an acid tongue and a salty demeanour. When he gets behind the wheel he sees nothing but red, just like this Raspberry Gose: a vibrant, captivating red. It jumps out of the glass with tangy, dry and tart flavours melding in your mouth, leaving you craving the next sip
The Bouncer usually stops you at the door, "not in those shoes" ... but not this guy. Those muscle bound arms are there to welcome you to the party. This beer is the party: up front aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and coconut welcome you in. These flavours create a dance party in your mouth as the lean malt bill let's them shine. This beer is silky, smooth and as full as the bouncer's shirt and bulging biceps. It's a hazy double dry hopped pale but at 5% you won't need a bouncer escorting you out
Named for Our Brewmaster and Supervisor Ace the Brewery dog (Who also just decided he wants to be chief taste tester as well... Is there anything this bloke can't do?) Our take on the classic American Pale Ale, utilizing (See what I did there?) experimental hop Flinders. This bad boy has lashings of tropical fruit, citrus and lemongrass on the nose, backed by a subtle yet full body with a rounding, cleansing bitter finish
This beer is for American IPA fans, who love exquisite balance in an IPA. Fixation IPA is hopped at every stage with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra & Amarillo hops. We love it! Life is short - drink fresh!
Aromas of pineapple and lychee abound in this NEIPA. Vermont yeast, massive hopping rates and a warmer fermentation combine to deliver this lupulin monster. Live your hop dreams!
Nitrogenated West Coast IPA with Mosaic hops
Our flagship IPA that has a primary fermentation in new French oak barriques before being returned to stainless steel for final processing and carbonation. Think of all the great pine needle and grapefruit you associated with Hop Hog with an added vanilla aroma and softened mouth feel
