Skippa is seasonal Japanese restaurant inspired by the Fukuoka Prefecture on Japan’s southerly island - Kyushu. Seafood is mainly sourced from the Kyushu island and organic produce from local farms, when possible.

The first side of our menu is vegetable focused appetizers. The second side is our sushi menu. We offer a ‘Trust Skippa’ option that includes: sashimi, nigiri, a handroll, and tamago – all at market price and also available a la carte. We suggest to order from both sides of the menu to complete your meal.

Please notify Skippa directly with allergies or dietary restrictions as our menu relies heavily on marinating. Vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian menus are available with 24 hours notice.

Seating options include:
- Standard – booth (4 seats)
- High Top – communal table (6 bar stools)
- Bar – 5 bar stools facing the beverage service area

Excellent food and professional service - I was frustrated that my meal arrived one piece at a time over an hour-and-a-few-minutes’ span. I really would have liked all my sushi pieces on a large plate. I am not a slow eater; that is why I will not return to Skippa. I’m sure high-end restaurants in Japan probably serve a meal this way: slowly and spread out, but it was far too slow for my liking. The fish was definitely fresh; that was obvious; however, I left with this weird sensation of sort of being full but needing to eat something soon after. All my respect to Chris Robinson, though -
