   Nous avons souper au Sky Bistro le 19 avril dernier. Belle experience avec une magnifique vue sur le Mont Sulphur. Tori notre serveuse a été super courtoise. Belle ambiance, service rapide ainsi que cocktail et nourriture de qualité.

   The best experience ever! We ordered two main dish, bison and duck! Both are exquisite! We definitely recommended! The price could be expensive but it is worthy

   My experience was mediocre. Not sure if it’s because I checked in as a party of one, but the host seemed rude. The food was good, but it took a long time for it to come out.

   Food was beautifully presented. There was no space provided between courses as we felt we were being rushed out. The main dish was cold. And the food was overall less than expected.

    We had a wonderful dinner at the Sky Bistro last evening. The menu selections were amazing, and the bison and short ribs are among the best we have ever had. It’s such a lovely setting, looking out to the West.
