Exceptional evening!!! Highly recommend!! The entire team was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. We had incredible burn ends with a family style for mains trying all the protien options and sides. The rosemary bramble cocktail was very fun. Who doesn’t love a little fire!! Just a delight! Save room for the lime/lemon on graham crust. One of the best!

We arrived for a 6 pm reservation at 5:55, but there was no one to seat us. Finally,someone came to seat the couple ahead of us, who had waited for almost 10 minutes, they said. We had to wait at the door for another 10 minutes. I finally had to go into the restaurant and flag down a server, who seated us with no apology. We placed our order with the manager ( again no apology for being ignored) and waited and waited and waited for the food to arrive. Finally another server came over and apologized - said they hadn't expected so many people. Odd, since it was a Saturday night, and Trevor Noah was playing Rogers Place at 730 pm, which was where we were headed. When our food still hadn't arrived by 650, and others who had been seated after us were already eating, I raised a fuss with the manager. He took 50% off our order, but, for us, the damage had already been done. We bolted down our food and took off for Rogers Place. We won't be back. You get better bbq at Meat, which is far more efficiently run as well.

Food was tasty but it took forever to get. The waitress was over worked because we could see her running from table to table to kitchen. Not all of us got refills on our drinks. Our food came on one big plater but we didn’t know whose was whose. We were not alone in the slow service. Another couple was leaving the restaurant at the same time as us and they were warning people waiting to get in of the slow service.

Came here to watch game 1 of the battle of Alberta for the second round NHL playoffs, and although there were not too many people present the staff were very kind and provided great service! The food was really tasty as well! The only disappointment that night was the Oilers losing.

I like smoke and have had great experiences before but not this time. Ordered food had not shown up for 30 mins, asked waitress to check in, she didn’t come back for 20 after I could see her hanging around not doing much. Made a terrible excuse. 75 minutes for 2 beer and trying to get my waitress to do her job. Cancelled our order and got bills, not even one comp’d drink or sincere apology. Absolutely pathetic service

The burnt ends were fatty and lacked flavour. Disappointed that they weren’t actually crispy/burnt that you would normally see in bbq, it seemed like they were cooked in a slow cooker instead.
