   Mother’s Day Brunch but discovered it was for any weekend brunch, so the service and the large champagne compliments of the house made it special all the same. Location, layout, and service were the best items of this place, but looks like it’s another level at night!

   Partial food served was cold. 2 of our party received their meals 10 mins after the others were served. One meal was served with burnt pancakes. Another meal tasted like Eggos n chicken nuggets. Total disaster. Manager reluctant to even give us a discount on the service and bad food. (He took off $11). Really?! The restaurant was not busy for this kind of service. Looked like plenty of employees. Spent over $300 for 8 people. Will not spend anymore $$ or time there again.

   It took over an hour to get our food And when it came, 3 of the 4 were wrong. When I brought it to the attention of the waitress, her response was that I was wrong in what came on the order and then asked if i wanted i side of 1 of the 3 things that were missing. When she came back and I showed her the menu description, her response was to ask me if i wanted a side of 1 of the other 2 things still. No apologies, no trying to make it right. Food was very bland and undercooked. Will not eat there again.

   We dined on the rooftop. Great food, great wine, outstanding service, good prices & had fun people watching. We observed five (that’s right, 5!) bridal groups from our rooftop perch. The best one was very creative with color coordinated purple or orange wigs. Also, we lost count of all of the bicycle bar groups pedaling by. Watching was a blast.

   Friendly and quick service from Lauren at brunch (and the bartenders, too) on Sunday 3/12. We asked to sit up top and the hostess kindly checked to make sure they were ready (as we arrived just before 11:00, when they open), and they were. I've never been here before but I will surely return when I'm in Scottsdale from now on.

    The service was amazingly slow, although they were only at about 50% occupancy. The tacos fell apart in your hand and were runny and soggy. Our meals came before our drinks.

    The service was exceptional and our server was very attentive to us. However the kitchen was backed up which would normally not be an issue, but we were given noticeably smaller portions than what we’ve typically gotten at this venue. The value to portion ratio for the food we ordered was not great.

    We came here because it was relatively close to a bar where our friend’s band was playing and we needed a bit to eat before the gig. The menu has a wide variety of offerings - sandwiches, salads, appetizers, bowls and a few entrées. The server was attentive and let our friends try some wine before they ordered. We ordered a cobb salad, a chicken teriyaki bowl, fried calamari and jerk chicken wings. The salad was fresh and tasted fine. The calamari were cut too thin and over cooked so they were a bit chewy. It had a nice sweet and slightly spicy sauce. The chicken teriyaki bowl has way too much rice and not enough peppers or sauce so it was a tad boring. The jerk chicken wings had been billed as being baked, grilled and fried it did not say OR so they were ordered as is. Although the jerk flavor was decent they were undercooked and pink inside and had really flabby skin. Because we had to get going we didn’t complain since we did not have time to wait for a new order. They sounded great but the execution left us wanting a better dish. The place got louder and louder as we sat there right next to the bouncer stand that was outside. It could be a fun place with enough time to enjoy the vibrant clientele.

    SAVE YOUR MONEY! I made reservations for a bachelorette party of 9. We arrived and waited a very long time for our drinks. Then waited a VERY long time for our food as well. Mind you, no one was there. Then the food arrived and my dish was cold, drenched in sauce, and the rice wasn’t cooked and was crunchy. I couldn’t even eat it. The manager didn’t even know what was in a sauce she recommended to me. We had high expectations for this place and it’s nothing less then trashy expensive nasty bar food. I would have been happier at McDonald’s.

    I’ve been twice the food is alright. The service is fast. But the first time I came I had to wait about 30 mins for my seat even though I reserved. This time I came & it wasn’t ready + they had me sit indoors instead of outdoors like I requested. It’s a lot of places that value my time more & I don’t think I’ll be back. Servers are great. The reservation system is bad though I’ve never had that problem elsewhere and it’s been both times I’ve visited. No point to try for 3x. It’s genuinely a nice place and the waiters/bartenders are skilled.

    Our table was in the sun, on the patio, their team worked to get the umbrellas set up for some shade. Our first round of drinks were good. Our server, Becca, was not attentive to us. She even admitted she “needed a nap”. More friends/family showed up, we ordered more food and drinks. When our drinks arrived, our server did not bring an ice bucket for our champagne. We had to ask for it. When the food arrived, we had no plates and our server didn’t get us plates. We had to ask another employee. When the bill came, we were not aware that the gratuity was on it already, upsetting as she was not deserving of a 20% gratuity. Then she would not do split credit card payment for a party of 6 or more, but 6 of our 9 were children. And when we paid with the credit card, she didn’t tell us that we would get charged a fee ($14) for paying with a credit card. That also was nowhere to be found on any menu. Overall, the experience was poor, sad because the atmosphere and food was not bad. Our server definitely changed my opinion of returning in the future.

    The food and service was EXCELLENT. It was a little too noisy for our crowd but it was Friday night on Halloween weekend. Our server was very attentive and constantly made sure we had drinks. She also gave us a heads up that the kitchen was a little backed up but the food still came out in a timely manner. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high quality burgers, salads, and tacos.

    Burgers, sandwiches and beer. What could go wrong? The service was the only redeeming factor about this place. Decent selection of tap beers. The food was truly awful. Turkey sandwich with very little turkey was a soggy mess. My friends french dip was leather like thick cut beef. Burgers were just okay. Cannot recommend.

    We decided to try Social Tap Eatery for brunch to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday. Our server, Becca, was super friendly and very attentive!! She even provided a special birthday shot (raspberry kamikaze). Other staff also came by the table to wish her a happy birthday. Thanks for the memorable brunch!!

    Had my husband’s retirement party there while we were vacationing!!! They were amazing and everything went well!! Great spot!! Hot hot hot. Should have had “ the misters”.. but they put up a fan. All in all a solid night with great friends!!!

    Not only is the service super slow, but they are not at all accommodating to allergies. I had to have my meal remade twice and eventually just didn’t eat because they kept messing it up. So disappointing I have been here several times and it’s always something with this place. Do not recommend and will not be back

    Restaurant was nice and big! TV’s everywhere. Which my husband liked. We came in for a Mother’s Day brunch! Party of a 11 people. Our waitress was friendly but forgot bout us a few times. Which I won’t hold against her due to is was busy and she’s only one person. We’ll be baCK.
