   The place was not horribly busy and the drinks and the food took forever. The quality of the food was ok nothing amazing.

   Best breakfast torta I ever had pair with the best deal for a mimosa bottle that comes with four juices: orange, mango, pineapple, and guava, our choice.

   We had a wonderful time at Sol for our Research dinner. The staff was very accommodating and helped us secure an area that was quiet so that we could discuss our research better. We have business dinners hear about once a month and they always take such good care of us.

   Excellent service and delicious food. Many options to choose from. The table side guacamole was amazing and the margaritas too.

   We love Sol. The frozen spicy mango marg is too notch, unfortunately the machine has been down the last two times we’ve been. . I’m very partial to the amazing chicken tortilla soup which is a massive portion and I use it as an entree. We went for their cinco de mayo celebration and the menu was phenomenal.    I really appreciated the hostess not blinking an eye when I asked if we could squeeze in another chair for our reservation. They were happy to have us - that has not always been my experience in Cherry Creek area. Food and cocktails were great, but service was friendly and that is worth mentioning.

   The chicken burrito was terrible, with gristly meat that was very poor quality. The service was poor even though it was only moderately busy. Based on the poor quality of the food and service, it was not worth the moderate cost and I would not go back.
