The food was very average and service was nothing extraordinary, they took my order and dropped off my food. Server didn’t even say happy birthday to the birthday girl. Thank you for dessert on the house though. Ambiance, dancers and djs are great

Service was not at Par with the pricing. Plates were placed in on our table wherever they pleased. No one asked if we were enjoying our food, but they did come by several times to try to take away our plates. Not once did someone come by to ask if we needed more drinks. But again, quick to take my drink away when I was not asked. All this was due to them rising is out because they needed the table for the next party. The food was not great and with the added poor service I was not pleased at all. However, the ambience and the delicious desert they provided free because we were celebrating a bday was a very nice touch. But I don't think I would be coming back.

The moment we sat down the waiter was on a timer. She did not make us feel welcomed but made certain we were aware at every moment that there was a limit. She was not pleasant at all, I should have gotten her name. We were in high anticipation of visiting this restaurant and I can guarantee that I will not be back and will not recommend to anyone to attend - especially if celebrating a birthday, as my mother was. It was such an embarrassment to have treatment like that with guests from out of the country. There’s way better restaurants in the city if you want great food and service to make your evening an experience. SOLUNA IS NOT IT.

Food wasn't great for the price it was. Also the menu didn't connect to the theme of the restaurant. Asian dishes on a Mexican themed restaurant. Lamb was tough and corn was plain. Go for cocktails, as they were good and dessert not for a meal.

Experience was great but, we had left overs and staff threw it out. I really don’t like wasting food for many reasons. They could have asked. Also there is no information that our seating was a 2 hour limit. Should be posted somewhere.

Everything was great but the service, the waitress was not the nicest. She basically kicked us out of the restaurant, she was such in a hurry for us to finish our food, she took our napkins while we were still eating!!

I was hoping to try Soluna, but I didn't get the chance to go there. I booked my reservation on Friday night and had a family emergency. I tried calling them to reschedule my reservation for another day, but the phone was super busy, and I couldn't get hold of anyone. I made another reservation again. I later found out they charge me $100 for not showing up after I have called several times. And the restaurant did not call or reach out to me to find out why I didn’t show much. They value the money more than their customer service, charging me without knowing if I will still make it for my reservation or a show. I hope to speak to a manager on my next visit and find a way to get my money back. People should not be charged unnecessarily, especially if the phone line is super busy and I couldn’t get hold of any host or receptionist to speak with. Also, there should be a cutesy call to guests about their reservation rather than taking money from people’s credit cards.

The venue itself is super impressive, but unfortunately that’s where the praise ends. Our meal came out less than 10 minutes after we ordered (while we were still finishing our first drink) and it was only lukewarm. If you want a place to have drinks and take in the atmosphere, this is a great spot. If you want a great dining experience, save your money or go somewhere else.

This is the perfect place for a special occasion or date night. Its glowing and romantic, and the perfect buzz of vibey music. The cocktails, though a bit pricey, are unique and delicious. Food was great and perfect for sampling a sharing. Will definitely be back

The worst customer service experience I have ever faced in my entire life. The place cancelled the whole birthday reservation for 10 people and did not inform any of us . We had to call and discover that only one hour before the actual reservation time. Without even giving me an actual explanation how my reservation was canceled or making the effort to inform me that it was actually canceled. Very unprofessional and NOT RECOMMENDED unless you’re willing to accept their unprofessional behaviour.

This is my second time coming for the full dining and late night lounge experience. One detail that stood out to be this time was the aromatherapy as soon as your walk into the little alley and into the restaurant. The server was extremely kind and helpful. It was my guests first attendance and they were impressed by the whole experience.

they changed my reso on my birthday i booked it 2 months ahead and she called me in the mornings asking to move it 1/5 hours earlier moved from 7:30 pm to 6pm on a friday!!!!! plus if you don’t show up on time your table is given away imagine they gave me no choice it was very bad i had to ask everyone to come earlier and i gave my friends such a hard time very embarrassing and such a bad day it was supposed to be my bd celebration exactly they did the same to my friend she told me later i won’t go there again
