As our business guests were so keen on repeating an experience from the previous day, we were forced to change the group reservation to accommodate myself & my husband only. As a party of four, we were promptly seated in a comfortable booth. Our server was close behind with water and a brief explanation of the specials "Mushroom month". He was timely and unobtrusive, yet attentive. The appys came out before the mains with freshly ground pepper and parma with every dish and course. One party was vegan and the kitchen put an impromptu fresh pasta dish with available veggies and tomato sauce with the briefest of explations (no cheese). Two pizzas, four cheese and Marguerita, and two fresh pasta dishes, mushroom ravioli and 'special' fettucini, came out hot and handsome with nary a crumb or drop of sauce left when the plates were cleared. My guests were special family from Ontario and our dinner at this Sorrentino's was ideal for excellent food, ambience and service. Thank you!

Went here for an anniversary dinner. Not busy at all and everything came to the table quickly. Brie bruschetta and short ribs were delicious. Other food (lobster and salmon coquette and veal canneloni) was good but not amazing and expected a bit more flvor. Val was a wonderful server!

service was ok , food delivery was slow, a group that came in at least 15 minutes after us had their food 20 minutes before we did it was like our order was forgotten about for a while. Food was way too spicy without that warning in the menus. Poor value for the money , Keg like pricing without the substance Will not be returning to this restaurant

Everything is from frozen. They cannot even make fresh pasta, in an Italian restaurant , really…! How hard is it to make fresh pasta?? Flour, water and salt !! We had the calamari and prawns to start because we love seafood but not only that everything was from frozen but it came straight from a bag that you buy at the grocery store, what a shame!! Then, I had the cod bites and fries: the cod was OK but the fries were super salty and again, straight from a frozen bag that you buy at a store!! On a positive side, the service was very good and the atmosphere is very nice but what you have in your plate doesn’t match at all with that. We thought that sorrentino century park could be our usual go to restaurant but after this bad experience, we won’t go there again!!

Server seemed to rush us all eve or was overly attentive perhaps. We hadn’t even looked at the menus and she came three times for our order Place was dead. At 9:08 we assumed it was somehow 11:30 as we were the only table left. When asked if they were shutting down the response was curt. We will likely not return and would recommend west end over century park. Seemed like we were in a small town that rolls up the sidewalks at 9.

Had a great evening. Management was concerned about the slow service. We did not care. We were a group of relatives that had not gathered in four years so had a chance to meet and talk. It was great. Always a great place to dine.

It took over an hour to get our food. The manager was very apologetic and gave us 50% off our bill due to the issue. Otherwise, food was good, not exceptional. It was busy so service was a little lacking likely due to lack of staff.
