Mothers Day. 7pm. waited 15 minutes before we were acknowledged at the door. had a reservation but still waited another 5 minutes for a table to be cleaned. took too long for service to come to table. then took too long for drinks. food was good but not much variety and portion size small for what you pay. server was friendly and tried. i think they were short staffed perhaps? i think manager was running around but did not check on us or apologize for wait. There are a lot of choices out there for Italian. They need to do better.

Attended Mother’s Day brunch and our entire group was disappointed. Eggs Benedict was cold as were the hash browns. The variety of offerings was appreciated but food that should have been hot was warm at best. The carved roast beef was good but the gravy was salty. Most of the desserts had been sitting out and did not look appealing at all. For the price that was charged per adult I would have expected better quality.

The food was excellent. Brett is a little high on himself. He asked my husband if his mother was still alive. It was inappropriate and made my husband very upset. I had booked a corner table as my husband has PTSD and that’s how Brett lead the conversation by commenting on my husband’s PTSD. Again, not appropriate.

The Lobster Salmon Croquette’s were a delicious appetizer. Large pasta main dishes. Unfortunately disappointed the birthday dinner was not acknowledged. The Carmel Carrot Cake was dry and arrived with a strawberries garnish even though I indicated I had an allergy to strawberries. Overall not the usual standard of quality or service.

They knock it out of the park every time we come here. Top notch service, food, drinks, and ambiance. We always come here for special occasions because we are never disappointed, and we live in Century Park so we can walk home after. As my son said, if I had to choose a last meal, the short rib with ravioli would be it.

Met promptly at the door with a smile. Reservation noted even though a few minutes early shown to table immediately. Server Brett was attentive and friendly and the Garlic Festival fare was outstanding as always.

Some of the best customer service I have had in a very long. The host was great, the server was very personable and friendly as well as the nice young man that brought our meals. We were all very shocked how great the service was. Will definitely come back for the service alone. Food was overal pretty good and the drinks were reasonably priced.

Our service was excellent! A lovely treat for our anniversary. Food was great and they treated us to a dessert. We’ll be back. Only small complaint is we were given a table for our anniversary facing a bunch of TV screens in the bar, not super quiet or romantic. Other than that a lovely meal.

This isn't the first time visiting here quality of food has suffered veal tenderloin was tough ordered pasta for a side received potatoes. Out of gas for the kegs there was items on the menu that weren't available for the main course and desert menu. I won't be returning any time soon if I'm spending upwards of $200 for two people for dinner I want to be wowed which wasn't the case this evening.

The manager and staff were completely frazzled from the moment we arrived. Our server introduced themself as “I hope to take care of you tonight… I’m stretched thin”. The food was subpar; really salty and my husband’s meal was bathed in butter. This location was exceptionally loud. If you’re looking for a nice date night, choose a different location for Sorrentino’s. How disappointing; we finally got a date night out since we are “stretched thin” as parents. We actually almost left to just grab fast food and sit quietly in our car, but the server finally returned after over 10 mins to take our drink order. We even heard the frazzled manager barking orders at the hostess when setting tables nearby. This place lacks a certain level of decorum. I gave it two stars since our server finally calmed down towards the end. I never would have classified Sorrentino’s in the same category as a Denny’s. This location misses the mark,
