Our dinner was suppose to be my husband's birthday celebration but it never felt like it. We were just told the regular "welcome to sorentinos", no questions if it was our first time there and what we were celebrating. It was actually our first time visiting. The food was not the best, it was very salty, likewise the bread, and you could see the "stale" in the asparagus. This place is not cheap, but I wouldn't have minded the cost if the food and service was better. We often go to The Keg for our celebrations because they make us feel welcomed, and we love the food and service, but decided to try somewhere different this year... Bad decision. This place is off my list of restaurants. The negative comments that I've heard about this place have proven to be true.

We had two pasta dishes and a risotto, all were very well prepared and full of flavour. There is an extensive menu, with salads, appetizers, main dishes and desserts.

Food was very nice and good service. My one disappointment was small selection of draft beer, focused I thought on Kraft beer which unfortunately I avoid as some are brutal. My opinion only of course

Aman and Jae totally exceeded our expectations with service and the food was very very tasty.
The new scallops and lobster fritters were exceptional.
We were in a beautiful quiet corner.

The service, management, staff were all amazing for myself and now fiancee special night.

They made sure we were very comfortable, in a private area, pretty much exactly as I wished.

I highly recommend going to Sorrentino's either for a social occasion or just a nice dinner.

We had the beef tenderloin. It wasn’t seasoned at all. The glaze overtop was not strong enough to carry the unseasoned steak. Potatoes did not go with steak glaze. It was a one cooked style of potato to go with every meal on the menu. It was a basic cafeteria style meal. Way overpriced for the meal presented. Cocktails are way overpriced too. Definitely won’t be going back nor recommend. May be good for happy hour but that’s about it.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere. Celiac friendly with lots of gluten free options.

Your waiter was very very rude! & he didn’t listen to what we wanted. it took him 15 mins the ask if we wanted a drink, & you’re resraunt wasn’t very busy!

My wife and I had a great dining experience at ever reliable Sorrentinos! Leisurely' and well-paced service. A food allergy was handled professionally by our server and the kitchen staff! Half-orders of salad and pasta are generous and meant we didn't have to share a full-size order. The tiramisu is exceptional! Cleanliness and spacing puts diners at ease! Go and enjoy

Went for our anniversary. Food was amazing. Service was great. Had a very ambient setting with dime lights and was next to the fireplace which made it romantic for our special day. Will definitely be going back!

I was very happy with my first visit to Sorrentino’s! Our server was very personable and clearly enjoyed his work and relating to people, yet was not intrusive or pushy. I could see that all were happy to be back serving their customers. I was glad we chose Sorrentino’s to celebrate Family Day! Overall we had a good experience eating at
Sorrentino’s. The appetizers were great, bruschetta was fresh and flavourful and the mussels were delicious. Our entrees however were underwhelming. The pasta sauce and filling was not seasoned well and the dishes were very basic. We will definitely be back but probably would opt for something other than the pasta next time. We booked for 7:45 and didn’t get in until after 8. Very busy and waiters are a bit hard to track down.

It was our first night out for dinner after the restaurants opened after the COVID AB lock down. Sorrentino's looked after us extremely well and followed all of the COVID regulations to the letter. We felt very safe in the restaurant and staff made us feel very welcome. The meal was to the usual great standard but disappointed that calamari was not on the menu- it was aways a favourite at Sorrentino's.
Our server, Mukesh, did a great job and he was very polite and timely in meeting our needs. We love to take our time to enjoy our meal and he worked with us to make sure we had a lovely Valentine's.
Thanks again to all the staff for opening and doing a wonderful job in the most trying of times.

Sorrentinos did a very good and it was a delightful evening. Only 2 minor concerns.
1) covid related - where I was seated, other table patrons were sitting less than 6 feet behind me with no barrier was a bit concerning but I know it was Valentine’s Day and I can’t blame the restaurant for wanting to accommodate as many patrons as possible within restrictions
2) the room we were in was very cold.

This is just feedback on what would have made the experience even better but we still loved our valentines date and we were just so happy to be dining out again. The food and service was really exceptional.

Service was excellent and the meals were outstanding. will definitely come again.

We made reservations but found it frustrating upon entering the restaurant due to staff being busy with pick up food orders and completely ignoring anyone else. We had to come right into the restaurant to seek out someone to ask. Other than this it was really good!

Love the food here, unfortunately I was dissatisfied with the service. I made a reservation 4 days prior to the day we wanted to come, yet still waited 15 minutes for my table. When we did get sat, we were sat in the lounge and waited 15 more minutes before anyone came to greet us or take a drink order. A quality check was never preformed while we ate our appetizer or main course and modifications to the meal were not followed. Otherwise, the food was great.

Very enjoyable evening, the food was great had the Tiramisu for dessert it was heavenly.
