Sorrentino's West - great food, great atmosphere, great service. Not sure if this is normal, but was able to get last minute reservation for 2 at 5pm on a Saturday evening. Sat out in the patio area which is beautiful. Our server was very attentive. Have been there before and would definitely go again.

Excellent service. A little slower than I expected but given the influx of patrons all at once understandable. Food was excellent, cooked well and delicious. Patio was very nicely covered and out of the wind.

Pros: Exceptional service, fantastic food that tastes great, very healthy portions, expect to take leftovers home. Don't expect to go how without taking leftovers with you. Cons: Noisy - a challenge to have a discreet conversation without having to talk loudly.

Despite having some picky eaters in our group, our waitress was very patient and accommodating. The food was delicious but a bit on the high side. We did not feel rushed and we’re able to have a lovely meal and conversation. We were seated next to several large groups and so the noise level was high. Pleasant experience overall.

Had a reservation for 630pm. Ordered drinks, an appetizer (Caesar salad) and dinner (2 pizzas) at 635. Around 7 we finally got our salad, and was the most tasteless/bland salad I have ever had. They also give tables 1 singular piece or bread. At about 720, our waitress came by and said the pizzas were just slightly behind and would be just a couple more minutes. By 740 we were fed up. The waitress and manager all walked by our table at least 10 times, and no one said anything, or even offered another piece of bread or anything for the wait. We asked for the bill and saw the waitress yell at the pizza oven to cancel the order and they hadn't even started yet. Also overheard from the table behind us complaining that their food was bland. Delays happen, I get that, but the fact that the waitress lied to us, and did not bother to check in with us or the manager is why I am giving this review. All parts of the restaurant failed that night and we will not be going back.

I had not been to the Sorrentino's west location before and the inside of the restaurant is beautiful. We sat inside but the patio looks lovely. Our server, Jenny, was very pleasant, attentive and personable. She told us about all the amazing deals Sorrentino's West has to offer throughout the week. While we weren't aware, Wednesday's is "bring your own wine" with no corkage for 1 bottle. The service was great and the food was delicious. We were celebrating my mothers' birthday so they treated her to some amazing tiramisu at the end! I will definitely be back to this location.

We often have Wednesday evening dinners at Sorrentino's as they offer free corkage for your own wine. It is really a nice treat to be able to bring a nice bottle of your choosing and it makes the cost much more reasonable. The place is always welcoming but I do recommend you make a reservation as it is a pretty popular place.

Looked forward to a nice Mothers Day meal. Got seated and sat for 15 minutes, no one came to our table. I went to the bar to ask about wait service. Waitress standing at the bar said she wasn’t our waitress but would wait on us. Ordered wine and our meal. Waited over 1/2 hr. Still no meal. Called our waitress over. She blamed it on the kitchen but went to find out. Our meals showed up a few minutes later. My wife’s meal was bland. Mine overly salty By now we were disappointed and exasperated, and just wanted to leave. Obviously won’t be back any time soon.

My second visit to this restaurant, and it will be my last. Servers who don't know the menu. I understand having to move their patio launch indoors because of the weather, but the server doing a loud two-finger whistle standing next to guests was not conducive to fine dining. The band made conversation next to impossible. I had their halibut special -- the halibut was dry and if not for the slice of orange on the plate, I would not have known it had the promised orange butter sauce. Servers reaching across diners rather than serving from behind them was distracting and almost resulted in my being bopped by the water jug. A wholly awful experience -- such a big difference from my first visit. I'll continue using the downtown venue of this restaurant, but as for the west end Sorrentino's, bye-bye.

I have been to Sorrentino’s many times & have always enjoyed. Last night was awful. We were on the patio on a gorgeous evening. Wine bottle was poorly opened. It was a corked bottle. When poured a few drops went on the menu. Not wiped up. Our buns arrived 30 seconds before the main course. The waitress checked how dinner was before we ate a bite. She did not ask again. Supper was not as good as it normally is. A man with his guitar came to play. It was very loud & we were unable to have a conversation as it was hard to be heard across the table. We left within the hour with our bottle of wine. We did pay for the food. No tip. We came home to my patio & enjoyed conversation & wine.

This experience was night & day from our first time (which was just average). On this visit, our waiter Rafat was AMAZING and the food was beyond delicious. I can’t wait to eat my leftovers today!! Thank you for making my husband’s birthday celebration so awesome.

We had good seating and enjoyed the meal. It was a special occasion as our granddaughter was leaving for three months in Europe the next day.
