Our appetizers and salad were served quickly but our main course took over an hour. Food was delicious though.

We have dined numerous times at west location service !!!was waited for our food for over a hour we received our appetizers then waited for our meal till 745 and reservation was for 630 numerous tables came after us and had their meal long before we received ours the excuse was we had appetizers then busy in the kitchen then take out spoke with manager always sorry ... I just wanted to be treated equal no excuses I realize with the pandemic etc but everyone whether customer always or just few times .. even if our waitress would have forgot I could handle that earlier then all the excuses .. terrible experience was even put by the entrance really where everyone was walking in .. very poor

They accidentally messed up my order. They rectified it by giving a free entree ( steak tenderloin) which was cooked perfectly.

Sorrentino's West never disappoints. It has been our favorite restaurant for years.

We have been dining at Sorrentino’s for over 25 years we went for our 26th anniversary and we were sooooo disappointed gnocchi has been removed from the menu. The poor waiter was the only one in the restaurant so service was slow and it took 1 hour to get our food. The ambiance was sooooo disappointing not one Xmas decoration for your customers.

Service from the waitress was terrible. Inattentive, slow, and would set down drinks like she was doing a drive by. Very hasty. But was nice to her regulars. This was a birthday celebration and she ruined it. Food was good.

Love their chicken Parmesan, and the lobster bites were a great appetizer.

Our table and others were nicely spaced out. They also have a lot of fresh air to feed the pizza cooking fireplace and of course kitchen exhaust fans. Service from Kieya was great.

As per usual everything was really good despite the pandemic precautions in place. The staff are always friendly and pleasant. There is a downside to the servers having to wear masks as it makes some of them harder to hear or understand but that’s not their fault and it helps to make customers feel safe. The Tuesday Pasta & Wine special is always enjoyable but I felt that the cannelloni could have used another stuffed cannelloni. This seems to be the sparsest item on the menu and, despite its flavour, I probably won’t order it again. That said, my wife’s linguine pescatori was more than enough and I enjoyed helping her with that. All in all, another good night out.

We love Sorrentinos! It is so wonderful to have such an amazing restaurant in our neighbourhood. The specials on Tuesday and Wednesday nights and the new happy hour really entice us to visit more often. We also feel that this is a safe place to enjoy.

I have worked at a fine dining Italian restaurant for 11 years in Ottawa which has made me a picky critic ;) .. This restaurant exceeded my expectations. Carpaccio was great, Arancini were ok... could be better but Sea Food Linguini was awesome, seafood fresh and cooked to perfection, sauce was amazing full of flavour. We ended with Tiramisu which was also fresh and beautiful! Service was on point.

I was definitely impressed and will be back again next time we are visiting Edmonton.

It was really nice to be out a at a restaurant, to have a lovely meal and visit with friends.

Our waiter was decent but the support staff dropped the ball a bit...no bread until our appies arrived, no pepper or cheese offered after our meals arrived (our waiter came later to offer this but we had already started eating). My husband got the wrong meal (he was served someone else's lasagna when he had ordered the halibut which had been delivered to another table as well) His dish did end up arriving quite quickly after the mistake and was very tasty. Overall our experience was pretty good, just lacking in the details.

The lamb shank I ordered was dry and the vegetable it came with were not done properly. I sent my meal back. They were very good about it. I ended up getting the Mediterrean pasta which is one of my go to's and it was great!

My friend and I wanted to celebrate a special event. We went to the right place! Sam, our waiter, was very attentive and helpful. He didn't rush us but was there when we wanted him. He also offered great advice on wine. Both meals were delicious. It was great to be in the midst of friendly chatter while, of course, being socially distanced. A great choice of restaurant for a special occasion.

AS always this was an outstanding meal and experience. The Waiting staff are exceptionally professional - they are the correct amount of attentive while allowing patrons to enjoy their time with each other.

ALWAYS GREAT! I feel safe there, too. they are cautious of health regulations. The food is always consistent, the servers are always professional and friendly, the room is relaxing. My meal on jSturday? Excellent, a usual.

has more than just great pasta. the thing for me to try next is the pizza. we eat here every 2-3 months

Great way to reserve and Sorrentinos food never disappoints! It was very noisy and we couldn’t understand our waiter very well when he Did come by.
