As always, Soupcon did not dissapoint. My husband and I had a great meal with great wine and great service. Lunch is also fabulous! My son said the burger was the best he has ever had (and he eats a lot of burgers). We will be back!

This experience was outstanding. The staff were attentive and hospitable. The Chef paired and concocted the finest ingredients, cooking and presenting them to perfection. We always look forward to our next dining experience here.

One of the best food and wine pairings I've ever had. Better than many Michelin's I've visited. A must if visiting Crested Butte!

A very special meal. We enjoyed our dinner at Soupcon and believe the food and service was exceptional. While the meal was expensive we felt it was well worth the cost when you consider the many special well prepared courses and the attention to detail. It hard to pick a favorite but the Duck, Beef Tartar and King Crab Bite with Beluga Caviar immediately come to mind. Although Crested Butte is several hours away we will return for another special dinner. I highly recommend Soupcon.

It really was very good, but we were not prepared to pay Michelin prices. Having said that, it was just as good as a Michelin.

An outstanding dining experience in all aspects. Each course was innovative and well-prepared. Servers Yoel, Sharnie, and Dennis (forgive me if I misspelled their names!) were knowledgeable about ingredients and preparation for each dish. They were attentive throughout the meal, without being intrusive. Yoel made excellent wine recommendations. Owner/chef John Leonardi stopped by several times during the meal. After two long days skiing, it was a relaxed experience; we were thankful to not feel rushed at any point in the evening. We are looking forward to returning when we come back in July for mountain biking, hiking, and wildflowers.

This was our second visit and it remains as great as before. This is a pricey and lengthy but worthy experience presented by chefs and staff who truly love and appreciate what they do. Highly recommended if it's in your budget. If you can find the tiny, hidden location, you'll not at all immediately expect what your about to experience. Soupcon ("soop-sahn") roughly translates in French to "savor", and you will.

The time between courses was waaaay too long. Typically I assume 5-7 minutes between courses. It took forever to get the food. I was so done with dinner by the 2nd course - it took 2 hours to get there! First had a salmon petit four, then a soup then first and second course. I was done by then. I’ve had several fine dining meals and most of them Michelin-rated, so I fine that my feel for the meal is on par. The food was delicious, beautiful and interesting, but because It took too long, I feel like I didn’t enjoy it and was being held captive to finish the meal. I wanted to leave! Overall it was a regular meal that I wanted to end. I will not be going back.

Soupçon is the most expensive restaurant in Crested Butte. It is also, far and away, the best dining experience. The wine pairings are inspired and the food and service would be top notch in a big city!

The food was overpriced for what it was. We've dined at Michelin Star restaurants with 12 course menus + wine paring, which were far superior in presentation, taste, and wow factor at the same price point as this restaurant serving 4 courses and good, not amazing, food.
