Great food. All was exceptional. Steak cooked perfectly. Expensive. But a great place to celebrate a special event. One suggestion: provide a vegetarian entree. The pasta dishes even had meat.

Awesome dinner last night at South Bend Bistro. From the Lobster dip appetizer to the Chocolate Pot-au-Crème dessert, we loved every dish. In our group of 4 we had the Salmon, Pork Chop, and Chicken. All were superb!! Ant the service was also top notch. A bit pricey but worth it for a first class meal. favorite restaurant in Sunriver!!!!

Best place we have encountered in the Bend area and there are some excellent restaurants in the Bend area. The filet, which can sometimes be unflavorful, was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The duck in cherry sauce was wonderfully prepared. The crusted halibut was delicious. The bread, crab cakes and lobster dip were excellent.

The food was delicious, from the before dinner bread to the pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. We ordered a variety of starters and entrees and everything was tasty! Service was outstanding, especially on such a busy night. It was a little noisy, but that wouldn’t stop me from returning.

This is the best restaurant in Sunriver- hands down. We own a home here and make a point of eating here at least once every trip. This time we had the lobster dip, pork chop and halibut. All were expertly prepared, presented and compete with any fine dining establishment in this country. The wine list is also extensive with expert advice as needed in choosing a bottle.

Flexible with our Reservation time change as we drove from out of town. Wonderful service and amazing food. Everyone in our party of 7 raved about their food. We've always wanted to come here but never booked a Reservation in time. October is a good month as they are not as busy.

This is a favorite of ours. It always seems busy so definitely recommend making reservations well ahead. Food and service are excellent. The Godiva chocolate martinis are always part of our dessert! Interior dining area on the small side so tables are rather close together and noise level can get up there. But overall it's a very pleasant dining experience.

The food is soooo good. The service is friendly. The drinks are great. Yhe filet mingon is flavorful and was cooked just right. The crab cakes were the best I have ever had — crunchy on the outside and full of moist crab meat on the inside. Just a great place.

A small restaurant with excellent service, food and ambience. Our wine choice was out of stock and our waiter generously offered a similar more expensive wine at the same price. Salmon, pasta and duck were delicious, as were the appetizers and dessert (creme brulee).
