   No reason for fans blowing in outside area. The dinner came before the wine and the appetizer. We asked to serve the main course after the appetizer. In the meantime, the pork turned hard as a rock. Tuna and Ratatouille were scrumptious.

   Booked a high top in the bar area as we wanted to partake in the Happy Hour specials. You do share the table with another group (unless you have 8 people) but that worked out just fine. Server was great- things were busy so it took some time for her to get to us the first time but then she kept up with checking in on us. Nice Happy hour pricing (on select items)! I do have celiac but there were gluten free options for both appetizers and dinner. Food is a little on the pricey side but it is healthy and so yummy.

   We attended the speaker event 1st, which we really enjoyed! We decided to have a quiet dinner on the patio afterwards, as the dining room was very crowded and noisy. Everything was wonderful and we had a lovely evening!

   As always SOW Plated exceeded our expectations! Easy reservations, promptly seated, attentive, energetic, and engaging service. Great atmosphere, great visual presentation on the plate. Everything we are looking for when going out to eat. Bice job!

   The atmosphere is very nice and our service was good too. Unfortunately, we did not love much of the food. The crudite platter seemed lacking and the vegan pimiento cheese was not a hit at our table. I had a the white fish special which was supposed to come with potatoes. It had two tiny potatoes under the fish which seemed more like a garnish. Also, the fish itself was slightly fishy. One of us had the poke bowl which seemed ungenerous - was mostly noodles - and that fish too was on the fishy side (perhaps not the freshest). We enjoyed our visit but felt that there is a good bit of room for improvement with the food.

   Food and service were great. Almost wished they slowed down a little, we were in no rush and it seemed everything got to the table almost too quickly between appetizers and dinners. Service was great as well as the food!

   Was delicious! I got the sustainable whitefish and we had the flourless cacao cake for the dessert. I asked my server to make everything in coconut oil and he was very nice about it and agreed!

    Place was nice and service was good. But the food was not good at all. The burger had no flavor. The pad Thai didn’t resemble pad Thai at all except having noodles. The only good thing was the flatbread. Food was way over hyped… definitely not coming back

    Avoid the fillet steak. The cut is too thin to cook it anything less than medium well, and it’s not worth the price.

    All of the food was excellent, so grateful for a restaurant with vegan options! It was a little cold in the restaurant but otherwise the ambience was great. Very excited to go back, next time I will just bring a sweater

    The all seasons room is perfect. The service was good but for the second time no coffee setup with milk and sweetener was offered to the guest along with the French Press. Once brought to the table, in both cases no spoon was provided. The salmon sandwich last time was delicious but the salad was plain and overly dressed. This time the Mediterranean bowl with salmon was good but the brown rice was hard and almost difficult to chew. We will be back.

    For all the talk about health and wellness, I was surprised/disappointed by two things: I noted to the host that four of the five hand sanitizer were empty. He was clearly aware and indicated that they were not being refilled as they did not seem to be used very often and they tended to gum up over time. If the restaurant truly had an interest/emphasis on health and wellness, one or more would be available for those wanting them and their use would be encouraged. Further, the issue of becoming gummed up over time can easily be addressed by using a different sanitizer or filling them less than fully and refilling them regularly. Second, I watched with interest how the staff responded to a patron's coat that had fallen off his chair onto the floor. At least twenty times staff members walked around it or over it. No one made the effort to pick it up or advise the patron. While my initial reaction was to get up myself, walk across the restaurant and pick it up, I did not do so as I became interested in seeing how long it would take the staff to address the issue. They never did. That seems to reflect a lack of emphasis on truly caring about patrons. The food was very good and the service was acceptable, but I was left wondering about the lack of customer concern/interest I observed.

    This is the 5th time I've had brunch or lunch at SOW Plated. Again, everything was excellent. I think the lunch portions were more generous than the breakfast dishes I've ordered during past visits. Our group of 6 was seated promptly and we really appreciate that SOW Plated accepts reservations. Food was delivered correctly and quickly. Everything was hot & delicious. The gluten-free bun on my burger was probably the best GF bread I've ever had and the burger itself was perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have two patties instead of just one! Can't wait to come back.

    Odd comment, I realize; Service was too fast. Appetizer was served before drinks were prepared, our meals were served within 20 minutes of our seating… Server was delightful, food was delicious but the overall effect felt as though we were being rushed. We’ll give it another try - this was only our second visit

    SOW Plated is a very nice place to eat. My experience with Jacob and Rich(?) were GREAT. Both very attentive to the diner's needs, very personable, and professional. Overall, a great dining experience.

    The only hiccup was arriving to learn they overbooked and we would have a wait for our table. We were offered a table with stools in the bar, but that was not acceptable — we expected chairs with backs and more comfort for a birthday dinner. We were seated at a table within about ten minutes after diners left. Everything was excellent from that point onward. Food was so delicious and such vibrant flavors and colors. Our server was fabulous and attentive but not intrusive. We will all definitely be back for great food that is healthy and creatively scrumptious.

    This was our first visit, for our daughter’s birthday. She is gluten free, egg and dairy free. The staff was excellent and attentive (but not too much 😁). Food was excellent! We will be back.

    Food was great. I understand the the idea of being sustainable but there are some people that aren’t comfortable with scanning the QR code for the menu. You can could have a few printed copies on recycled paper for those that prefer a printed version. (Just a suggestion)

    What a lovely and beautiful restaurant. My first visit. The food was fabulous! Fresh and delicious and unique. I was catching up with an old friend and we stayed for awhile. We were never rushed. The server kept coming back to offer beverages and coffee. Can't wait to visit again!
