The service and the ambience were incredible! We got there 30 min ahead of our reservation and got in line to wait to check in. Because of that we were able to get a seat on the patio for great views of the fountain! The food was good. I may have had my expectations a little high. I thought for the price I would have been much more impressed.

We went to Spago for my birthday. Frank was our server, he was a gentleman. For our starters we got Rosemary Focaccia Fava Bean Hummus, Espelette Pepper, this was delicious, very big though, this would do two people. My friend got soup which he said was delicious. For our mains we both got NY Strip Steak’RR' Ranch Prime, it melted in our mouths. We didn’t go for dessert but Frank brought me out a slice of cake with a candle on it because it was my birthday. When restaurants go out of their way to do these little gestures it can make someone’s day or even year. I was over the moon and it made my birthday. I will be back in October which a different bunch of friends the service was so good. You have also the best views across the strip to the Eiffel Tower and the best views of the Bellagio fountains when they start. Lovely experience.

The waitress was pretty rude and unapologetic for her service. The table busser was good. We wanted our tip to go to him, tbh. Our server had a small wedding party behind us and I am certain she saw a bigger tip from them than us. Food was pretty good…nothing really was super amazing. It was just average. And I feel like you can get average anywhere for a lot less. We won’t return.

If want to have a great meal with a view of the fountains do not waste your time, money and calories across the street at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. Instead book a table here and request / wait for a seat outside. Everything about this place was amazing. Our waiter Agron was incredible, the food was delicious, the view was amazing and the prices have great value.

From good to service to the beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains, an overall 5 star experience. Maria was extremely nice and accommodating at the front desk and Sabine and her support team took great care of us throughout the night. Don’t miss the chocolate soufflé, it was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had many!!

This was our second visit to Spago and left a little disappointed. The first visit was one of the best experiences at any restaurant and we couldn’t wait to return. This time the food was perfect, the seating on the patio was amazing, but the service was a bit horrific. The hostess seemed like the half-empty restaurant had to sit empty just in case, so we had to wait a half hour to be seated (yes, we had a reservation made over 2 months prior.), the server seemed bothered and extremely impersonal, and the assistant came across as combative at times. We will return because the food and atmosphere are that great but do hope service can improve.

The view is incredible and the service is outstanding. The food was mediocre, for the price and quality. My lobster and shrimp were tasteless and my boyfriend's steak had a lot of gristle. We have experienced so many wonderful places that the food fell short of the hype. However, the view of the water show in front of Bellagio was second to none.

Food was mediocre. Dry chicken on the salad and burger was flavorless. Fries were the highlight of the meal which shouldn't be the case from a high end restaurant with a famous chef as the owner.

Food was great but service was lacking. Hostess barely look at me in the eye. Server took quite a while to greet us. I needed a refill and I took quite a while for anyone to walk by our table and even longer for anyone to notice. When it came time for the bill, we paid with a credit card and the server just stood there while we filled out the tip section. It was awkward. Food was good though. Not sure I would go back.
