    Piano too Loud! Literally could not carry on a conversation. Too much dressing on ceaser salad. Service was slow to initiate food order. Food very good. Never offered more wine or other beverage options

    The entire meal from appetizers to dessert was amazing. The plating and presentation of the food is beautiful and the meals were perfectly prepared. The atmosphere and staff are fantastic. Me and my wife will definitely be back to this wonderful restaurant. Kudos to the chef for an amazing dinner!

    A very nice find. Oliver was very pleasant and chatty, Great ambience and background music, Food excellent. Will definitely visit again soon. Chris a very personable and happy host/chef who gave us time for chat. 5 Star service.

    The service and ambiance was excellent. However, they changed the menu since we last visited and the options were very limited (I think there were only 4 entree options and the only seafood was a pasta). I ordered a vegetarian dish that was edible but i did not enjoy it. It was also a price-fixed menu, so we couldn’t just order an appetizer and drinks to enjoy the ambiance when we realized there were no entrees that we were interested in. We won’t return, which is unfortunate because this used to be our favorite restaurant.

    I almost cancelled due to the weather. I called the restaurant and spoke with them. They offered to meet me at my car with an umbrella when I arrived so I decided to keep my table time. The umbrella was unnecessary since it wasn't raining in Buford, however this kind gesture alone says enough about this business. I ordered the Mediterranean salad, a glass of wine and the filet. Everything was cooked Supurb the flavors phenomenal the ambiance was beautiful especially since my family are French immigrants. Very European would recommend to anyone. The waiter was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definently return.

    Server left half way through the meal without telling us or notifying anyone else. Food was NOT cooked to request 1st OR 2nd time. Management really couldn’t have cared less. Terribly disappointed.

    We enjoyed yet another wonderful anniversary dinner at Sperata. The food was delicious and unique making it a real treat. The team is top notch and we love that we can take our time and enjoy a proper multi-course dinner without rushing. This is huge when you have babysitters. It was a lovely evening and we'll definitely be back!

    My husband and I love dining at Sperata. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. We are actually able to have conversation and hear what the other is saying. The food is always delicious from start to finish. The pianist adds a nice touch. Sets a perfect mood for a wonderful evening out.

    I love the atmosphere of this place, the food and music was great. Sadly, when I ordered my food, the waiter looked at me and assumed I didn't know what Carpaccio was. He asked, "Are you sure you know what that is?" I was floored. Sometimes, it's simply the way you ask a question.

    Chef Chris always offers a great menu, even if he's cut it back a bit in the covid world. But his offerings are always amazing, & tonight I had the seafood risotto which was fabulous as was Judy's saltimbocca. We love being there when Larry's playing the piano too.

    There was a Violinist playing while we were there. The food was fantastic! So good! Totally worth the 4 course meal. Great portions. We have a new go to place. Service was great, they were so nice and answered our questions and repeated the specials a couple of times when needed.

    Food good, server inexperienced but pleasant. Violinist played too loudly as if putting on a performance, made if difficult to converse with friends. Had to ask server to tell violinist to play more softly and provide background music, we did not go to Sperata to hear a performance.

    Birthday for two gentlemen & wives with the husband’s with birthdays. I was disappointed in that no lamb was on the menu but after talking with the owner he said that it was a Special but our waitress forgot to go over with us. Wives had tenderloin , one husband had the saltimboca ( sp??) and I had the Seafood Risotto. All were good and well prepared. They are doing Course Meals now. 2-3-4 courses but it worked ok but did not like fir this restaurant.

    We had been to Sperata many times before the pandemic. I did not realize they had gone to an all price fixed menu (my fault not theirs). But the food was not as good as I remembered. A fish dish described as risotto was not risotto. It was more jambalaya and it was bland. I don’t think we will go back until they have an a la carte menu again.

    We were not told of a set Mother's Day menu. It was a nice selection - especially the salads and desserts. The service given by Sebastian was exceptional. We were happy with our family dinner. Michele & Vinnie
