Spezia dining rooms are designed to have a warm and comforting feel. Complete with a wood mini bar, original artwork, wood table tops, carpet, and a Bose sound system. For groups under 20 guests full menu or limited menu is available. For groups over 20, an appointment is requested so that a menu can be discussed. Room “R” has a big window facing the main patio, and a private patio for guests. This room can be used for groups between 10-30 guests. The room has a $100 (M-TH) or $200 (F-Sat) charge that is waived if $1500 or more is spent. Room “W” has original art work, a wooden bar, and an impressive wine display. This room can be used by 25-50 guests, with a $150 (M-TH) or $300 (F-Sat) room charge or $2500 spent. When both rooms are opened up, they can accommodate groups up to 100 with a $250 (M-TH) or $500 (F-Sat) room charge or $3000 in food and beverage. It’s important to reserve the rooms as soon as possible, they do book fast.

The double bone pork chop was excellent and the mashed potatoes were is great as ever. The pasta alfredo with shrimp and scallops was grilled perfectly, with delicious sweet peppers and onions and thin spaghetti. Just lots of attention to detail. My husband and I also ordered an ahi tuna appetizer dressed with a tasty salad if greens, artichoke, and parmesan. The soy dipping sauce was better than the sweet chili sauce. Again, well presented, prepared and delicious!

The food was excellent! Our server was not. Our server took our order, brought us our food and was not very friendly. She did what she had to and that was all. She began clearing out plates and didn’t ask if we were finished, She was not welcoming at all and we felt like she wanted us to leave so she could get another table. She brought us our check without asking if the meal was to be on one check or separate. She seem perturbed when we asked if we could get separate checks. After telling us she could, she took our payment and didn’t come back for 20 minutes. The food was excellent! Attitude of the server was poor!

My favorite Italian in Omaha for years. Started the meal with a European Paradise cocktail with a flatbread appetizer. The Caesar salad was nice and finished with a glass of High Heaven cabernet to enjoy with my Cioppino Spezia. The Cioppino is packed full of seafood and flavor and rivals any on the west coast.

When we want a delicious meal in a nice environment with excellent service, we always think of Spezia. They are consistently excellent across the board, and this time was no exception. Our server was prompt, friendly, helpful and professional. We ordered off the Sunday brunch menu and have no regrets. Quiche for my spouse, and I had the fried chicken breast with malted waffles. Wonderful! We don’t know how they keep their quality (food and service) so consistently high, but they really stand out among dining options in Omaha.

Overall a great experience after a not so great initial encounter with the Maitre D/Host(they did not welcome us and only informed us we would only have 15 min to order and eat because the kitchen closed at 8, even though they still accepted reservations until 7:45pm, they proceeded to not search for the reservation and continue to tell us we absolutely could not order anything after 8, then eventually ask for the reservation name after we agreed and has another host seat us without another word spoken or eye contact) After that we really enjoyed our time!! Very cool atmosphere, excellent service from Cory and the food is amazing!! Definitely recommend trying it out and maybe going earlier in the evening to avoid an off putting welcome!!

We had dinner on Sunday evening and the Resturant was quiet. Cynthia gave us good service. The manager came to the table to check on our meal and service. I forgot my credit card in the “ bill folder” and a staff member ran into the parking lot to return it. Food was good. Service was good. Ambiance was good. And parking was good .

The food and service were excellent! The restaurant was very busy at 8:00 on a Saturday night however the staff did not miss a beat. We were seated exactly at the time of our reservation, our server came quickly to take our order, and we received our entrees very fast. A true professional team and it did not go unnoticed. Very impressive! A big thank you to every single member of the team for making our evening out at Spezia very enjoyable and memorable.

My husband and I enjoyed a very nice meal last weekend at Spezia. I had picked it out online a month before and made a reservation which turned out to be a good idea as they were busy on a Saturday evening. We both really enjoyed our meals, I had the Fresh Atlantic Salmon which was grilled salmon with a side of alfredo pasta, it was delicious, the salmon was cooked to perfection. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan and enjoyed it very much. The front desk at our hotel had suggested that we save room for the Tiramisu, it was rich, creamy and fabulous !!

The food was amazing and the staff were friendly. I expected a more upscale feel that just wasn’t there. First off the table was wobbly. Every time we moved our drinks would slosh around due to this 1/4 of my 12.00 drink would spill. Our server was advised of the issue nothing was done. We spent our meal with one of holding down the table. Then we received our check the bill was just set on the table. The paper bill, I would have expected more discretion or a cover. Not a huge deal just not what was expected. I enjoyed my food however next time I decide to go out to dinner looking for a more upscale atmosphere I will choose someplace else.

My egg plant was over cooked. My moms calamari was over cooked. Our waitress Jenna, never came to check on us during the meal. Would have returned my food. I had to spit out part of my meal because it was so tough. Been here before, not our best experience.

Have always wanted to try Spezia and finally did for my wife's birthday. The food was excellent and our server Riley matched the food. We couldn't be happier with our experience, however, be aware that portions are larger than you would expect. We took a lot of food home with us, not a bad problem to have. We look forward to another meal at Spezia.
