   My husband got sick from the chicken parmigiana, the chicken Marsala was too peppery, and the eggplant was overdone. Would not return.

   We hadn’t been to the newly remodeled restaurant and it is GORGEOUS! Our waitstaff, especially Brenner, was attentive, courteous and so knowledgeable of wines and food pairings. The chef had a new appetizer that was to DIE for that had applewood bacon over small corn filled raviolis! Superb! My vegetable risotto was delish as was my husband fettuccine! As it was our anniversary, we were gifted with a yummy chocolate mouse for dessert with the BEST cappuccinos as an accompaniment. You cannot go wrong with this lovely place!

   The last couple times that we dined here were excellent, this time however I had a little dirt in my mushrooms. Luckily it was at the end of the meal, and I didn’t mention it. Besides that it was a good meal.

   Kind of a different ambiance for an Italian restaurant… not really an Italian feel. Noise level is high because nothing really absorbs the sound. Was hard to hear the server and each other at the table. Overall great meal and great service. It was well appreciated that the chef and manager stopped at our table to check on us.

   Ordered fettuccine cooked well done. Explained to server I wanted the pasta to be very thoroughly cooked very soft. It was served al dente. This is the second time this has happened. If this occurs for the third time, I am sending it back to the manager.

   Our server, Carlos, and his help, Vince, were amazing. The food was phenomenal. However, we had dinner reservations at 6:30, we got there about 5 minutes early and our table wasn’t ready. We waited at the bar and were told they would call us when our table was ready. They didn’t. We checked multiple times at the desk and they still weren’t ready. Then at 7 when they were seating the 7pm people without even checking on us did we finally get seated. Time management should have been better for front of house.

   Finally a special occasion (Mother's Day) dinner celabration that didn't disappoint . From beginning to end all of the staff including hostesses, server, wait staff and management delivered a fabulous meal. Attentive and prompt service. Excellent food that was delivered hot from the open kitchen (not kept warm from a heat lamp) and flavorful. Not an overly large menu but it hits on all the Italian food favorites. This is a bistro restaurant that seems to never lets us down. Highly recommend.

    Wonderful! Brenner took excellent care of us, with great wine and food selections. $35 Italian wine specials were quite good! Beef carpaccio, followed by veal marsala exquisite. Highly recommend!

    Service from Neo was excellent! A convention was across the hall, so our experience was noisy -- unfortunate. This took away from the experience. As for food, the eggplant entree was very good. The fettuccini, however, was the worst I've had. Noodles were way too firm, chicken was dry and the cream sauce wasn't smooth and creamy -- it had separated when it was brought to the table! On a positive note, we were asked for constructive criticism about the entrees, so here's hoping they will improve!!!

    Everything was excellent from ambiance, food and service! It was my husband’s birthday, and they made it very special for him. The special dessert that was presented was beautiful and delicious. Server was beyond excellent!! Ask for Lorena. Her attention to making it a wonderful dining experience was flawless.

    Service was very slow and our waiter was catching up throughout the evening. Items ordered never came and we literally had to ask for items repeatedly. Understaffed with no assistance from management. Not a good experience.

    The restaurant is very pleasing to the eye and well lit. The short rib was large, tender and full of flavor. My wife had clams and linguini and very much enjoyed it. The pricing of the entrees is very good considering the quality of the food. We'll definitely return.

    Wife & I have been to Spiedini’s 3 times now (once before renovations, twice after). What they’ve done with this restaurant is superb. Totally different restaurant inside and out (walk up bar). The food is terrific (gluten free choices & menu adjustments). The servers are amazing (Neo and Larissa have helped us out by offering gluten free menu variations). And the food is spot on; no dishes made in some sort of nouveau fancy way, just made the right way. Patio ambiance is great. Can’t say enough good things about Spiedini

    Restaraunt is suppose to be fine dining which it appears to be. This is a new restaurant for rampart. I was rather disappointed. The server was excellent. The food was disappointing for the outrageous prices. The salads were ok. The drinks were the biggest problem. We got the orange juice margaritas. The amaretto should have been in the side and I would have liked at least a little tequila. Sent it back got a regular came with tiny amount tequila and the glass was 3/4 full. For 14.00. Not good enough to recommend or go again

    On a Friday night at 6:30, there were not many people in the restaurant. We had wonderful service being one of the few occupied tables. The food was good. I'm not sure I would go back due to the lack of atmosphere.

    The food was good…not the best I have had, but not the worst by any means. I feel the part that stood out was the service. They were very attentive and were always eager and ready to take care of us. I’d probably come back if I was staying on property again. I did like the variety of dishes they had available.

    Very attentive, well trained staff consistently serviced our table. Both the Chef and Manager stopped by to check on our experience as well. Food was prepared perfectly to expectations, but thought the cocktail prices were high for being off the Strip. But the restaurant does offer $35 bottles of assorted Italian Wines which is very economical. We will definitely return for another visit.

    Our first time dining here and it won't be our last! We met old friends for dinner and to catch up on our lives. We found everything stellar, from the service to the cuisine. All our dishes were prepared perfectly, and there were many choices from which to make our selections. The atmosphere was lovely, and we were actually able to carry on a conversation without being blasted with noise around us. We look forward to returning here soon.

    Fabulous Italian food!! Great service and ambiance! I highly recommend this restaurant! The seafood linguine was fabulous as was the veal Marsala. Try the cannoli for dessert! So good!!

    This is a really pretty restaurant. The food was good. We had cocktails, appetizers and entrees and of all of it was very good. The service was also very good. If you are by yourself, they also have a large horseshoe shaped bar that extends out into the lobby area where you can also eat. I would definitely recommend the restaurant.

    Food and service excellent. Merissa, our server, was outstanding. $35.00 Italian wines a really a great incentive.. This was our third visit since hotel management took over the restaurant and I would highly recommend Spiedini to all.
