We came to Spizzico for the first time to celebrate my birthday. The servers were all courteous and the service was quick- all the variety of dishes we chose were delicious- the fried calamari were crispy and light and the muscles in sauce were so good. My husband had a cessar salad and a mushroom risotto and I have the grilled calamari- all of it was delicious from start to finish. We highly recommend trying this establishment.

Great food - several large tables - so did not see our waitress very often. Had to ask a few times for drinks - and to have the dishes cleared. Food was delicious - but they focussed on the larger tables only.

The food was amazing, however, the owner made us move tables to accommodate a bigger group of people in the middle of our meal. He did that to a few other tables as well. His reason for this was because “its saturday night, and you know, we are busy.” I have never had that happen before and it was so awkward and rude. I felt terrible for the sweet waitress we had. Terrible service, would not go back.

We were a party of 4. We each ordered steaks. We asked for medium cooked steaks, all 4 were grilled differently but all were over cooked. Also, the tiny lobster tails were dry and were difficult to remove from their shells. Note to self, never order steak from an Italian restaurant. Stick to pasta and pizza.

The food was very good except for the chicken which had no flavour. The service was terrible. Over 20 minutes to have some one come to our table. One hour to get our salad appetizers and another half hour to get our mains. The manager ignored us and our poor server was not able to get the kitchen to prepare our meals.

First time out in a while due to covid. Service was friendly and helpful but a bit disorganized as it was the first day reopened after lockdown. Food was hit and miss. Friend calamari and shrimp were outstanding. But salad was very salty and pizza was just so so.
