   It took an hour and 10 minutes to get our meal. The restaurant was not full but had a large party. I ordered the seafood risotto- 4 mussels were not even opened. He never offered a dessert to compensate for the wait.

   C'était la première fois que nous mangions à ce resto et ce sera certainement la dernière. Ce resto a multiplié les gaffes du début à la fin de notre repas, tant sur le plan du service que de la qualité des plats. On sent une volonté de faire huppé et chic, mais tout n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Tout d'abord, le service. Nous avons commandé des huîtres pour accompagner l'apéro, elles sont arrivées 20 minutes après l'apéro. Tout au long du repas, la serveuse était incapable de répondre à des questions élémentaires (ne savait pas ce qui était dans les assiettes, ne connaissait vraiment vraiment rien de la carte des vins, etc) Quand un resto vend des bouteilles à 300$, il s'assure habituellement d'avoir du personnel qui connait un minimum le sujet, mais on a eu droit à tout le contraire. De plus, dans un resto de qualité, je m'attend à ce qu'on me présente les plats un minimum. Ensuite, la qualité des plats. Les huîtres n'étaient pas détachées de leur coquille (aucune ne l'était) et étaient pleines de copeaux d'écaille qui n'avaient pas été nettoyés. C'était très désagréable. Les entrées : les portions étaient vraiment très différentes d'une entrée à l'autre. Les bruschettas étaient préparées de façon très inégale (l'une n'avait aucune tomate, par exemple, une autre n'avait aucun fromage). Mais les tartares étaient excellents. Quant aux plats principaux, c'était un peu mieux. Seul le jarret d'anneau était vraiment décevant, mais ses accompagnements étaient très bien. La pizza des enfants (au confit de canard) était délicieuse. Dans un resto bas de gamme comme Scores, je me serais attendu à ce genre de qualité inégale et de service approximatif. Mais dans un resto qui facture 475$ un repas pour quatre personnes, c'est inacceptable. À prix comparable, je suis beaucoup plus satisfait au Soif, à l'Orée du bois ou aux Fougères.

   My server forgot to put utensils on the table, I had to ask twice. It took 20min to get the server to take our orders ( the restaurant was empty)and he got mad that we chose not to tip because of the bad service

   I tried their Oeuf Poche for brunch and it was delicious except the sausage, I was expecting a juicy patty or even smaller sausages but it a big one, too hard and dry for my taste, the rest was great

   Save yourself a headache and frustration, just go somewhere else. One of the worst experience I've had in a restaurant from start to end, even the bathrooms were clogged. Food had no taste, for what showed up, took 2.5 hours to get to us and they didn't even tried to make up for it as they only gave us a small credit.

    Tartar, octopus and calamari was great. Tomahawk and veal was overcooked, but great presentation. Service was extremely slow, we had to asked them to clean up our table after waiting more than half and hour.

    Very poor service . 5 of us . We got 4 menus , 4 water . Our waitress took 20 mn to come back to ask if we ready to order . Another 30 mn to finally get the 1 missing water and the the utensils we asked for after 3 out of the 5 meals finally came . When we asked where’s the rest , she told us they on their way .. another 20 mn. Food was cold , she never came back To refill our water and check if we needed anything . We had to go ask at the front if we can get the bills. When it was time to pay ; she make sure to remind us it’s a 15% minimum tips . “ why would I tip after such bad service “ . Save your money , there are better places around. Will never go back

    It took 1h10 minutes to get our food. We were there for Mother's Day Brunch. Got there and didn't have a choice to order the set menu and I was with my daughter. My frittata was super dry and not tasty at all. Really disappointed for the price. It cost me 86$ for 2 breakfast and 2 mimosas. I will NEVER be back and won't recommand this restaurant. It's really rare that I complain about a restaurant but this time, I have to. They could've at least gave one mimosa for free.

    Terrible service and very disorganized. Waited 45 minutes at the table to be told that there would be a delay for our food of another 30 minutes. After another 30 minutes the waiter returned to say it would be another 15 minutes. After 90 minutes, half of the meals arrived and then another 10 minutes passed and the remainder of the meals did not arrive at all. We left with only half of the party receiving a meal. I could see that other tables had similar issues including long wait times and incorrect meals. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere, this place could be a great restaurant if they managed it properly. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

    Très bel endroit. Plats très bon et belle présentation mais qualité inégale. On ne s’attend pas à un mélange de fruits frais et congelés pour une gaufre de 23 dollars. Menu végane inexistant pour le petit-déjeuner. Je salut l’effort d’avoir quand même préparé un plat végane mais le prix n’était pas justifié pour ce plat.

    Je suis allé au Spritz le 12 mai à 19h45. Nous étions 6 convives, un repas en famille pour souligner la fête des mères à l’avance. C’est un bon resto. Il faut l’essayer pour se faire une tête. C’était notre 2e visite, notre 1ere visite l’an dernier avait été beaucoup mieux. Lorsqu’on s’attend à débourser beaucoup plus pour profiter d’une expérience gastronomique, sophistiquée et moderne, les attentes sont élevées et les erreurs sont moins pardonnables. Le risotto était beaucoup meilleur l’an dernier, j’ai été un peu déçu de ce côté. J’ai demandé d’aérer notre bouteille de vin, la première ne la pas été, la 2e bouteille la été. Lors de ma réservation, j’ai demandé un serveur en particulier, on m’a écrit pas de soucis, ça n’a pas été ce serveur et on ne m’a pas donné d’explications. Soyez explicite avec le serveur ou la serveuse et insistez, il ou elle pourrait ne pas répondre à vos attentes. L’addition c’est élevée à 1272,78$ + 20% de pourboire. La réservation a été effectué le 7 mai via OpenTable, un dépôt de 120$ à été exigé au moment de la réservation et remboursé sur la carte de crédit le 18 mai. Nous allons y retourner mais nous serons plus modeste dans nos choix pour ne pas être déçu. Tenez vous en aux plats et breuvages modestes et vous ne devriez pas être déçu. Merci.

    Extrêmement déçue. Service ordinaire (lent) et je n’ai pas mangé le quart de mon assiette (tartare de boeuf). Le tartare n’était pas bon, les morceaux de boeuf coupés trop gros. Frites froides et salade avec vinaigrette qui ne goutait pas grand chose. La personne qui a ramassé mon assiette aurait du se rendre compte que j’avais a peine mangé et demander s’il y avait un problème. Ce n’est pas la 1ere fois que j’y vais et j’ai mangé beaucoup mieux que ca auparavant. On a pris des calmars en entrée qui étaient froids aussi.

    My dish was blend lacking salt and no kick in the sauce, which was in limited amount for my spaghetti . The polpette however was really good. My husband dish was the seafood linguini, he had tiny bits of scallops. The shrimp and clams were ok, but two to three big well fried scallops would have been appropriate for a dish of that price. Thanks God this was a half price night as I would have been very upset paying full price for those two dishes. We were testing the restaurant form the very first time in preparation to celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. We are not choosing your place based on our experience.

    Drink It took forever to get my drink, when I got it it was the wrong one. When I finally got I didn't like it, it was way to bitter (looks like a bad medicine), I said it, the guy was like in other words (too bad...), didn't offer any other option just mention he couldn't add any sweater on it, as if I wanted to have that. Food It took a little long, they were not crazy busy and there was not any sophisticated main course. Only brunch menu. I could not have tartare as I was dying to have it. I had chosen this restaurant because of it. The server made a big mess with the plates in our table (we were 4), she was completely lost, one plate was from another table, one item was missing from one of the plates, my friends were embarrassed to start because I was the only one without my food. She didn't know what we had ordered and she couldn't say what each plate was. One of my friends requested to warm her food because it was cold. We were not offered to refill our water not even once. When I got my food - Frittata, looked all good and fresh-warm, but as soon as I had my first bite I felt the bitterness, I looked underneath and it was burned. I requested pepper and I never got it. I didn't complain we didn't have too much time anyway, and I was already not happy in general. Conclusion I was a bit ashamed to have invited my friends to go to this restaurant, even though it was the first time for all of us, including me. We were disappointed. The only positive points were: ambience and food portion. But then considering all the negative points they would be far from enough to make us willing to come back. It is normal to expect good-wonderful service from a new place, isn't it? Unfortunately it was pretty bad. Thank you, Gislaine

    Great food, cool ambience. I'm from out of town, and didn't realize the location was in the middle of a suburb. That kind of threw us off, we were expecting a downtown location esque based on what wed read. Food was great, service was great and restaurant was trendy.

    I went multiple times and I had good experiences, this last time i had pizza along with other items and it was a completely different experience than the last time I had it (few months ago) . The pizza dough was not fully cooked/proof and the toppings where scarse. I mentioned to the waitress but I got no feedback, nor some kinds of explanation, or I don’t know, a glass of wine on the house or something to make up for the bad experience. It was my birthday and I would have wished for a better service. I understand this can definitely be an isolated case but at this point in life I can’t afford to risk a bad experience on a 30 dollar pizza. I hope they go back to make that nice pizza I had the previous times.

    Horrible service. Rude waitress. Paid credit card for bill and tip cash, she was watching behind me punching in my card info and when I proceeded to pay without tip (I had cash for TIP) she then said “oh I’m sorry, was there anything I could do to make my service better..?” - extremely unprofessional considering I wasn’t finished with payment. I returned and said “actually I’m tipping cash.” And she said “oh sorry” lol how professional! We got moved upstairs to the lounge upon request and we sat there without drinks for 35mins, our food came WRONG, our drinks were watered down, a plate was missing and had to wait another 15mins for it, the server we had was extremely rude to us (party of 4) until the moment we left, she would reply with sarcastic comments with passive aggression. I really wanted to like this restaurant, I had high hopes. But considering how me and my company were treated it’s going to be a no for me. Get better staff! Food - Fair Ambiance - Incredible Staff - Terrible
