We pride ourselves in bringing Italian dishes with a bigger influence of Southern Italian Cuisine. Our motivation of opening this restaurant/bar is to bring the Italian lifestyle and social aspect of Italian Culture to Calgary. Start with cappuccino in the morning to a full meal any time during the day or evening. All our cocktails our made with fresh squeezed juices. Our wine list is extensive. Our menu includes appetizers such as Calamari, arancini, Italian Sausage with rapini and many more options. We have charcuterie boards including an antipasto and a hot vegetarian platter. We have many pasta options with Gnocchi which are made in house. Gluten free and vegetarian options!

Overall we loved the meal and service. Felt like being in Italy. Only complaint was the noise level, a lot of hard surfaces and a birthday party. We loved the Italian soundtrack/ videos turned down low. We’ll make this a regular dining spot on our circuit.

one of the best local resto the foods are perfectly balanced, flavors are spot on, must try Straccetti di Manzo also the pasta Boscaiola alla Calabrese are my favorites, not too overwhelming to the taste, all perfectly season, service was great. server is very attentive. it was not busy when we had a reservation but either way this is my take on.our experience. not pricey either, but quality was great. only one very minor hiccup, calamari was a little under, I asked if they can just cook it up a little bit and they replaced it with a new one. not a big deal for me, speaking in be-half of this industry those things can happen and as a chef, head chef. I was really impressed. So far experience is great and definitely will recommend it.

My boyfriend chose this restaurant because of their high ranking on tripadvisor. They were listed higher than ten foot Henry so we had very high expectations. We were disappointed overall and just wanted to share so people go in with the correct expectations.

Food was good, wine selection and aperitivo are excellent. Restaurant has funky smell which indicates the kitchen ventilation may not be adequate. Smells like smelly cheese and pork combination. But not as noticeable after being in there a while.

Second time here, food as good as ever (all 6 of us had excellent entrees). The owner greeted, sat us and later came by to take our questions on the menu. Our server was lovely, always there when we needed her. We lingered for 3h and enjoyed the cozy 'Familia' vibe of SS106. Come try this hidden treat Ciao / Randy and friends

We love this neighbourhood gem! Consistently great food and service. Francesco and Isabelle are excellent and attentive servers. It’s a bit noisy with the location right on Edmonton Trail but it’s easy to ignore while you are enjoying a glass of wine and excellent food.

We hadn't been before but saw the reviews and gave it a try. Y really need to disregard the humble entry and plastic chairs. Our meals were exceptional, probably the best Italian food we have had in a long time. The service was enthusiastic and timely. I'd highly recommend SS106 to anyone looking for a casual meal.
