   Our waiter was very nice. The issue is we were severed too fast. We received our appetizers and then about 5 minutes late we got our mains. So we could either finish our appetizers and eat cold mains or just leave our appetizers and eat our mains hot. We both choose to finish our appetizers. My husband the crab legs and I had the French onion soup. So when we finished our appetizers, we moved on to our mains, that had been sitting on our table for over 10 minutes. I have to say cold eggplant does not taste appetizing at all. Me husband ate his cold prime ribs and mashed potato. If we do come back we will definitely order our appetizers and then later order the main meal. Almost 300 dollars for a meal we didn't finish.

   Excellent meal and service! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were here for a show and St Germaine’s was the best part of the evening! Highly recommend the Bison Rib Eye! As we were short on time we didn’t get to have a starter nor dessert, I’m sure they would have been as tasty. Definitely would eat here again.

    32nd Anniversary. Food was so awesome! Our server Regan was amazing! We ordered lobster,crap and tenderloin steak. Everything was great, the peppercorn sauce and mushrooms were excellent. Definitely worth the drive here!

    I've yet to have a bad meal here. The menu changes but the classics remain. Everything seems so fresh, so visually appealing and absolutely delicious... in all honesty, the only bad thing I can sincerely say about St Germain's restaurant, is the hour and a half drive up from Toronto!! and sorry Rama, but like last night, I solely drove up to meet 5 other friends for a fine birthday dinner!!

    Food was great. Atmosphere very nice but service needs improvement. I felt that the waitress either had to many tables or was not attentive enough. Waited half hour for a second glass of wine dinner was served to us and didn’t see her again until we were done dinner. Would I come back again. Absolutely just hope we get better service because food was absolutely amazing.

    This was our first time dining at St Germaine’s . Our server was Eric and he was excellent. Our appetizers came out quickly and were hot and delcious. Our steaks were cooked to perfection . However , the noise and activity level was high because we were seated beside a table with young active children. My suggestion for the future is when reservation are made , place families with children in the same area of the restaurant and couples and adults in another area of restaurant.

    St. Germain's is the place to eat it you want excellent service, and a mouth watering experience from your meal. The restaurant is very clean and there is no pressure to hurry up with eating your meal. It's a very relaxing and wonderful place to have that "special" meal with someone or just to celebrate a special upcoming event. Thank you to all the staff at St. Germain's. You are Top Notch!

    We ordered the king crab legs and they where refrigerator cold. We ordered the striplion medium rare and it was over cooked and meat was tough and over salted. Been coming here for the past 12 years and up until 2 years ago the food was amazing , not sure what happened. Service is always great!

    reservation for 615 server was prompted ordered immediately dinner did not arrive until close to an hr. order consisted of lobster tail dinner 85.00 Rib eye steak dinner 60.00 sal.on 40.00 cesar salad and kids chicken finger and fries. Lobster dinner came out cold and steak dinner was over cooked was suppose to be med and came out well done. Requested manager who came to the table who asked what was wrong we expressed are un happiness regarding our meals and her response was did your server offer to have dinner remade we stated yes but this was not an option we had 3 kids who were not able to wait another hour for dinner she then stated well have some deserts brought out we were not intrested in dessert. The mangers overall manerism was in my opinon unprofesional and very insincre and could care less. We attend Germains regularly and this was the worst expierence. The managers idea of compensation was to remove the kids chicken fingers and give 2 cookies. The server did her best and was sincere and expressed her hands were tied and sent out the manager. Then when leaving the restaurant i stated to the manager and felt unsatified with her idea of compensating our bill and her response was i offered to make you fresh food which she could clearly see by the 3 year old autistic boy was not waiting for another hr. Out of frustration with her unproffesional aggresive approach i responded with fine go make it again and it took another 30 minutes wait which added to our overall unsatisfactory expierence with St Germains Restaurant

    Always great steak and prime rib. We were seated in one of the booths (best seats in the House)! We did wait a long time between our appetizer and main course - which we were fine with - but if you have time constraints may be an issue. Great service otherwise!

    Had birthday party here March 11 saw 54-40 and stayed in the hotel. Hotel is great, steakhouse requires you book a reservation at least 3 months ahead on concert night. Left request on Open Table for Carpaccio, and Black Forest cake neither was provided, they didn't even acknowledge my birthday when I told them and ordered champagne. This cost them a star. Pacing was ok, it took mains a long time to come but it was a full restaurant. Waiter was great, they no longer use linen on the tables. Every side dish veggies you must now pay for, and no substitutions. There were lots of cost savings not seen pre-covid. Porterhouse was excellent with green peppercorn sauce. Halibut steak also great, crispy sea food had calamari, white fish, shrimp, scallops a really huge portion with home made chips. Parmesan chips and garlic mushrooms were fabulous as were the Malpeque oysters. Fresh olive buns were really tasty. Champagne (Tarlant) was good and very dry

    We spend the weekend to celebrate both mine and my son's Birthday, we couldn't have been happier with the overall stay at the Rama Hotel and the dinner at St. Germain's, your staff was incredible and the food was fantastic, thank you Erin and the man who looked like Santa Clause at the front door (sorry I didn't get your name), for making us feel like family, definitely coming back.

    Had dinner before the concert, showed up for 6:15pm…..sdidn’t have our dinner until 7:40pm….had to throw it back to get to our 8pm concert which the waiter was aware we were going to the concert when we first sat down…….manager was very nice to credit a meal but wasn’t the dining experience we were looking forward to….very disappointed! No time for dessert!!

    My only suggestion is that a booth isn’t always the best choice when seating 2 people. Perhaps there could be an option when making the reservation that allows you to choose seating preference: table or booth. My husband is larger than average and didn’t fit well in the booth. Although the food, service, etc., was excellent he was physically uncomfortable with his body squeezed between the seat and table.
