After many years of going to St Germains it is the first time we had a disappointing time. Service was very slow. Got there at 6 on time no dinner until 7:20. Food order was wrong, no sauce on the side of the chicken and the well done steak had to be sent back twice and was still wrong. Well done means well done not medium and then still pink throughout after it was brought back. My daughter could not eat it so she shared mom’s chicken. Manager blamed slow service on the well done chicken order. What!! Try teaching the chef what well done is. Lousy effort.

Food was great & overall atmosphere was nice. The server/service was poor which was unfortunately surprising for a fine dining restaurant. It won’t stop us from dining there again but we would want a new server.

We had a wonderful meal and visit. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again. My only critique was the background music. We were seated in the back room and I wonder if different music was being played there, or if I was hearing the music from the hallway/walkway outside. Beautiful Christmas music was playing as well as a club style of music with a deep beat. It felt a bit off hearing two kinds of music at the same time. Otherwise, we had a wonderful visit.

We were sat at a table for two in middle of room where we got bumped into from people passing also we received wrong steak we ordered the tenderloin was good but other steak was tough and not one we ordered I think that is why we waited so long for our dinner. We didn’t have coffee or dessert because we wanted to leave

We went for an 8pm reservation as we were going to a 9pm show. When we got there we were warned that we might have a 2 hour wait on food but we stayed anyway. Our server and the cooks were very fast and pushed out our meals quickly! We were able to enjoy our meal, some dessert and only be 15 min late for the show.

Had a wonderful time. Server was great. Just wish there were more non steak and fish options. Realize it’s a steakhouse but for those that go with steak eaters and themselves are not more options would be nice.

As Americans, we aren’t used to having such polite people to serve us at restaurants! LOL. Our waitress went above and beyond to get us the recipe for a drink we loved. The food was excellent and well priced. And as a bonus, we got sat next to the band we were going to see in the entertainment center that night! It was definitely an unforgettable experience. Thank you!

My wife had Prime Rib and I had Pickerel. Starters were shrimp cocktail and scallops. Pickerel was awesome, cooked shrimp perfect. Prime rib -incredible. I helped my wife finish her prime rib, incredible flavour and done just perfect at medium.

Food was fantastic but pricey. Add on lobster tail was delicious but for $40 - it could not have been more than 3 or 4 ounces - tiny tail for that price! Restaurant really does need a refresh decor-wise.

Absolutely love the food and everyone was very polite... I just find it wasn't very personable. Every restaurant I visit I can get a conversation going and by the end of the night our server feels like a friend. Here it's like you're a number, they are polite but it's all get them in get them out type of feel (and felt that through the whole building really). I still tipped well, but could have been better tip had there be a more personal touch.

We were there for dinner before a show (with reservation), and arrived early. Found the host was not welcoming and seemed very concerned with saying we wouldn't be done in time for the show we were there to see. It was almost like they wanted us to leave and go elsewhere. The resturant seemed understaffed and I noticed them turning many people away. Once we got a table our server Eric was fantastic - got our food and drinks with plenty of time to spare. The food was quite good, however the lights could be dimmed and have some music playing to help with ambiance.

First off. Service was excellent. Apparently, the restaurant recently had its lighting changed, which proved to be an issue because the dining room was very very bright. There was a gentleman seated next to us. He was extremely displeased with this, and he would not stop going on about it causing quite a scene but the wait staff did everything they could to de-escalate the situation. The food was good but we had to wait an hour after ordering to get our meal which was a little bit much considering you were sitting seated beside Mr. grumpy pants. the wait staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy while we were waiting for our food once it arrived the food was good. Overall I left disappointed, I was hoping for a nice, quiet anniversary dinner with my husband and did not have that experience. I would go back one more time if the lighting was fixed I feel our experience was kinda doomed from the get go.

We booked two months in advance, restaurant was empty. We got the crappiest at table In the restaurant ….next to server station in the back. Walk ins got the best table. My freind, who was disabled , asked to be seated closer to a bathroom and they said no. I will not return

Food was excellent as always but a bew server who was very slow. After waiting 15 minutes for our bill we flagged down another server Kevin who was happy to help out but she showed up finally. Having eaten there many times we hope she improves.

Great meal and service was fantastic. Definitely will be returning. I had the bison rib eye and my wife had a special tenderloin and shrimp. Both meals were very tasty and cooked to our liking.
