Our server is great! She’s lovely. Super great service. We went to St. Germaine’s for dinner before our show at 9. The only time available was 8 pm so we came prepared and ate a late and heavy lunch to make sure we got out on time. We just ordered soup but both were meh. The onion soup was meh and the lobster bisque was tasteless and watered down and tiny bits of lobster. Dessert was good but nothing amazing. Not sure if it’s because we just ordered soup. But it still cost us around $50-60. Definitely not worth it.

My experience at St Germain's was fantastic! My wife and I had great time eating our delicious meal,with a nice bottle of Australian Shiraz,we finished the night very satisfied,it just doesn't get better than that.

Really enjoyed our pickerel with shrimp for dinner. And we had a Caesar salad as a side which was absolutely amazing. Recommend this restaurant for an enjoyable evening out

So like everything else products are reduced. At one time the watermelon salad could be shared but last night same price but definitely not shareable…..was very disappointed with the salad given🙁 Everything thing else was good.

My partner and I came in for our anniversary and we had Kayla as our server. From start to finish everything from the food to the service was fantastic. Highly recommend trying the signature truffle parm chips for an appetizer they are great. We both had the bison ribeye for our main course and they were both perfectly cooked and presented. Thanks again to Kayla and the cooks you guys did an outstanding job!

First time there, the waiter introduced himself and he was quite informative about the Drinks Tablet and explained in detail how it worked. He was very present and easy to speak with. Gave us the menu and gave us lots of time to make our decision. French onion soup arrived in a timely manner after we placed our orders. The meals arrived just after the soups were finished, they were all very hot along with the plates and looked appetizing. He checked back shortly afterwards to make sure all was alight. He was very polite and easy to speak with. in all we never felt rushed with our meal or afterwards. We live in Orillia and seniors in our 70's and will return again, this was one of our best meals we ever had. Ask for Kevin he was our server.

The chefs were on fire! We both had the prime rib, and this was the best meal we've had here. Sometimes it's not consistent, but this time the meat was perfect, the pepper harder crust completely made the meal. We had the crab, asparagus topper and WOW! The loaded mash was so flavourful. The scallop appetizer had to be the most perfect cooked scallop I've ever had. While the price is costly, the food is well worth it. The chefs on staff on Friday Sept 8 deserve recognition - everything was perfectly cooked and displayed. The host and hostess lovely friendly - our server was nice but was a bit scattered and not paying the best attention but it really doesn't distract from how great that Prime Rib was. Table bread was even incredible. If you can have this level of food every visit, this place would be top level! Virtual pat on the back for the food!

As usual, the food was excellent, once we got it! Unfortunately the only time I could get reservations was 7:45pm with a show starting at 9pm on a Friday night. We were able to be seated at 7:30pm thanks to the efforts of the front staff, which we appreciate very much. But, 3 of us did not get our meal until 8:45pm! The 4th person in our party got hers at 8:50pm with apologies from the server and the chef himself. Everyone was very sorry for the delay but as a result, we did not get into the theatre until 9:30pm. Luckily they did seat us as we arrived. This was the fastest that we ever ate, therefore not really enjoying the meal, just gulping it down.

I understand that there was a concert tonight and we were told that service is a bit behind but not 2 hours? Once we got our food the mushed potatoes were cold and meat was ok….had to rush to eat….not right…this is why we haven’t been back…it will be a very long time before I go back to this restaurant. Spoke to supervisor Nicole and she didn’t even acknowledge….and basically blamed us for not understanding the wait time….which we came at 7:00 and didn’t get our food until 8:50 does not take that long we didn’t even order apps right to mains. People came after us and were served before us…just a joke

Dinner and service were top notch! To start off we ordered and shared a large ceasar salad as our main appetizer. It was then followed by our main course of beef tenderloin, creamy mash potatoes, crispy fried onion sttings and veal jus. I highly recommend this restaurant based on its ambiance, impeccable service and unforgettable food! We will definitely be going back!

Hello! Service with Andy was more than excellent. The food is amazing and we come back from Toronto to dine here, because everything is so special and the food is so amazing that we have never found anything wrong in this beautiful restaurant. We just talk about it when we are driving back and the thinking when we can do the next visitation here. Many nice places in our area too, – Markham, Unionville – but the food here is the best. Thank you so much for everything for all of you (chef, etc.) and THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANDY FOR HIS AMAZING ATTENDANCE on us. We love and loved everything here all the time. We ordered tenderloin steak & prime rib. Both were absolutely delicious. They did forget my mushroom side order which wasn't a big deal & removed it from the bill. They allowed us to customize the order to our taste with a few substitutions & that was wonderful.

Have had dinner here numerous times over the years and always been satisfied. The last dinner was definitely not up to par. The prices have risen and the quality has lowered. The staff is top notch especially our waiter Ben. The manager took off the price of one meal as it couldn’t be eaten. The second meal was sent back to cook more as it was fish and tasted and looked raw. Not sure if will return in the future. Very disappointing.
