    The food was excellent. The mignonette sauce with the oysters was the best I've had. There were a couple of minor hiccups with the service (wrong potato side, late delivery of an appetizer), but they were handled with warmth and aplomb. There was one table that was more boisterous than we'd have liked, but that's in no way the fault of St. Neo's.

    They were going to squish us in a row of diners along a banquet. No room for a 6'4" man. Obviously they over booked. We ended up eating in the bar. Not the romantic dinner I envisioned when I booked. Beet salad was delicious. Entree took over an hour to arrive. Potatoes were cold, rest barely warm. Pumpkin pie was tasteless. Meal was pricey, which is fine if food is excellent. This was not.

    We love St Neo’s and have come here a lot over the years. This visit was the first time we were disappointed in one thing. We ordered the butter board…delicious butter and 4 slices of sourdough bread. When the bread was gone, there was still some butter, and our waitress noticed it and asked if we’d like a couple more slices to use up the butter. This has happened at other restaurants, and it’s a nice gesture…a little more bread. So of course we said ‘that’d be so nice’ ASSUMING a single additional slice of bread cut in half was not going to be an additional charge of $4. Really? We order a bottle of wine, two nice meals, and the app, but you still need $4 for a slice of bread that we didn’t ask for…it was offered. We felt taken…and not happy about it. It left a poor taste on what was an otherwise nice evening. And if this is a management decision, it is only hurting your fine wait staff…the $4 came out of the tip.

    This restaurant was great for my fiancé. It was her birthday, and they gave us good food, great service, and even a birthday cake with birthday candles at the end of the night!

BUT you’ll wait half an hour for drink, longer - for waiter to check on you, to remind that wine was ordered for everyone, to bring cutlery as you don’t scoop liquid sauce with fork… perhaps one more “spoiled by tourists “ location as it’s very close to the waterfront

    My husband and I have dined here before and had great a experience and awesome food. This time around, the food really missed the mark. My guests received bread that was impossible to bite with our appetizer, cold french fries, and very fishy smelling plates. Sadly we returned this food. However, the wait staff was quick to address our concerns and take care of us otherwise. I hope this was just a bad day for the kitchen and hope others do not experience this.

    Two in our party ordered the pork chop. One ordered the steak with peppercorn sauce. Everything was excellent. The best thing, however, is that the restaurant is quiet. You can actually talk to people in your party without having to shout. Many restaurants in Savannah are too loud. St. Neo's ihas a quiet ambience that is too rare in the city.

    We loved St Neos when they just opened, food was great, good ambiance and service, same right after the pandemic though not quite as good, this time was a definite off day. My friend and I had French onion soup and mussels - the soup was okay but very salty, the Gruyère was good, the mussels were stringy and overcooked, had no flavor and no flavor in the sauce. Our wifes had black bass (catch of the day - only 2 left at 7 PM) and said it was okay. Sam, the waiter, was okay but seemed stressed out in an almost empty restaurant. No ambiance but may have been because Wednesday night is not the most exciting time.

    Very good food. My waiter, Josh was very good and pleasant. He was knowledgeable on the menu, drinks and made sure our 40th anniversary was a memorable experience. He advised us the go down to lounge that was a vinyl record lounge. This was just what we needed. Easy old school records that we could select and our Bartender, Katie served us with excellent care. Ms Katie can make drink and she keeps us entertained. Highly recommend!

    If you love love love love salt....go here. And if you don't know the difference between scalloped potatoes and creme brulee...go here. Just terrible. Shame because the place is nice inside.

    Read the reviews and wanted to try this place in Savannah. Our group had 8 people. The waitress had no idea about drinks. She brought a margarita when we ordered a martini. The mussels were raw and runny. We ordered 3 of the fresh catch, one was burnt. Waitress told us all the wrong accompaniment for the fresh catch. The sides were not for sharing, it was less than a kids side. We did not have an enjoyable experience.

    The happy hour oysters are a fantastic option for anyone looking to get raw oysters and a glass of wine to start the night! Also, I forgot my hat and they called me to come get it + kept it safe. Super thankful!

    This place is AMAZING! I would go back. We had our kids and we had great service. The ambiance was so fun & they have a great bar lit by candlelight plus the live music was the best. If I get to go back without my kids, I would sit downstairs! Very Savannah & upscale dining without anyone making us feel as if we didn’t belong there or our kids :)

    Booked this very last minute & so happy I did. Extremely charming hostess greeted us & equally genuinely kind server was very attentive & friendly. Salad was extremely fresh like it was just picked & main course salmon perfectly cooked with delicious sauce. Delightful sautéed shrooms on the side with delicious sauce. Completed with great double espresso & outstanding blueberry cheesecake—very generous slice as well. Perfect all the way. Will definitely return.

    Service was very slow and they were not busy. Took someone 10 minutes to come to our table as they figured out who would be our server. Charcuterie board had a very small amount of options. Blackened shrimp included 3 large shrimp [with full heads] for $32 + dollars. Steak was not cooked correctly and had zero flavor. Would not recommend with so many better options here in Savannah.
