    Unoriginal menu ( typical burgers and the like as you would find in almost every other brew pub). Food OK but expensive. Great location and setting. Beer OK.

    My fav Vancouver brew pub. Great selection of their own beers. Recommend a flight tasting. Wines also available. Good pizzas and burgers. The garlic fries are great! Can't recommend the chicken "sandwich" aka roll. The mayo/sauce made the bread all wet. It can get busy so booking is best. There's indoor and outdoor seating.

    My only comment is that the portions and the resulting prices might not need to be so big and high. I know some visitors are perhaps used to larger portions but honestly, my hummus bowl was easily enough for 2 people. I certainly wasnt able to finish it. Not really a negative comment but more an observation

    Service is always so slow. Bar was freezing and you have to sit next to open doors even when it's cold outside.

    The fish tacos had huge pieces of battered cod in them which made them very difficult to eat, plus the batter was very thick so the amount of fish was quite small. The bbq chicken pizza was nice and the beers are great

    It took a long time to be seated even though we had reservations. Then the hostess didn't walk us to our table, but just pointed to it and didn't bring us menus. We ordered a salad and they didn't put dressing on it. The waitress was nice and fixed it, but it took a while and it looked like she may have forgot for a while that we asked for dressing. For the price we paid, the food didnt taste that great and it just wasn't worth it.

    It is a neat pub, not the easiest to get around for wheelchair users, although the lift did work. Our waiter was not overly friendly or helpful. Our bill was probably typical for Vancouver and area restaurants.

    Food was the only real let down, everything else was okay. I have eaten here 4-5 times in the past and the food offering was noticeably down when compared to the past. I went for a simple dish, it was really mediocre. My son had a burger, average at best. Beer / service / ambience okay, but a let down on the food.

    As you must know, when we arrived it was closed, apparently due to a power outage. That is not a fault of yours, however sending a message would have been the right thing to do. We drove 36Km just to have supper there.

    The food was great. The selection of beer was awesome and the staff were very friendly though quiet busy. They were able to squeeze us in before our reservation time which was super! Definitely would recommend and go back if I'm ever in Vancouver again.

    It wasn’t a busy night on Monday. We had reserved and were seated indoors. Didn’t ask for outdoors on the reservation but think they could have asked our preference when we arrived. Food and drink was very good nonetheless.

    The server took 20 min to come to our table so that I could place my order. I have to go and chase for her several time. I went to the bar and asked if I could place my order they said no, only your server. Very mechanic and indifferent service. Terrible experience so far.

    I am giving a review rating of 1 since I ordered the fish and chips which the menu stated was dairy free. I also noted to the server that I had a dairy allergy. She did not ask but I am fine with cross contamination. A few hours after dinner I experienced a significant attack (which happens after I eat dairy) which ruined the rest of my evening. The menu and corresponding food items need to be reviewed to avoid this from happening to anyone else. I will not be frequenting this restaurant again.

    Had a reservation in place for over a week but got sat directly at the kitchen door entrance. Extremely hot and loud. Tried to move down the bench to escape the blazing sun that was shining directly onto us and got shouted at by a server that we couldn’t sit there as that table was (eventually) going to have people at it. We lasted 10min then had to get our food to go and left.

    A true gem. Where else can you dine in a breathtaking coastal rain forest, steps from the ocean, while in a major city. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

    This has always been a favourite of ours. We were so pleased that we were able to share it with visiting relatives. The staff was friendly and very approachable as always. Our relatives truly enjoyed the setting, food and the friendly service.

    We love coming here, this time we came with our friends that have two kids and they had little colouring pages for the kids which was so helpful wile waiting for their food! As a vegetarian I personally wish there were more veggie friendly food options but the ones they do have are tasty, I've just tried them all! Refreshing beer as always :)

    We were really dissapointed with this restaurant. Extremely rude staff who clearly don't care about service delivery and lack even the most basic listening skills; food is ok but don't bother, there's many really good restaurants with great staff and good food in and around the area where you can spend your money.

    Great service, beer and good brewpub type food. Really good with little kids - we go early but they’re always super accommodating and get those chicken nuggets out fast. Will be going back for a fourth time…

    The service staff were very friendly and attentive. Obviously, the environs are really nice with the place being right in the park and we were able to snag a nice patio table on a great evening. The food here was quite disappointing on this stay. We also noticed that the printed menus we received had different pricing than the online menu/the prices charged on the bill (for example, one of us ordered the steak sandwich which was on the menu for $29, but online and billed at $31). The nachos we received had cheese on maybe 10% of the chips. The guacamole that came with the nachos were frozen. The handhelds ordered were all remarked as being underwhelming (incl. incorrectly priced steak sandwich and the hot chicken sandwich). Grilled angus was apparently pretty good in flavour but did not come mid-rare as advertised or requested. Wasn't a bad night, but would not recommend for the food nor the value.
