The staff’s attention to myself and my kids was phenomenal. They had positive, helpful attitudes; the food was hot and delicious; and the ambiance was perfect for family, everyday dining. We frequent this restaurant and have yet to have a negative experience.

Disappointing experience because my food was not as expected but overall the establishment is a decent place. It was my first time at this location and finding a parking spot is very difficult. Beware!!! It is pay parking after a certain amount of time and we were not informed that we needed to register our license plate when we arrived. Food was disappointing because the dressing of my favourite salad (west coast chop) has changed and it is not nearly as good as the old one! Plus my salad was mostly the crunchy stalk parts of a head of romaine lettuce - very few leaves.

Great service. Very friendly. Wonderful meal served piping hot. The pistachio encrusted salmon was superb! A bit noisy but it’s more pub style than dining room so to be expected. Parking is a bit of a challenge but not impossible.

The overall atmosphere was good, but the parking at that location is horrendous, you might as well just take a bus or a taxi to get there because you have to park at the other end of the mall. But the people in the service was pretty good.

530 table on a Saturday expected to be busy. Out to celebrate our daughter’s birthday big 18. Planned on drinks and dinner. Service was so slow and poorly executed food. One plate was sent back and didn’t come back out till after everyone had eaten. Waitress was very noncommittal and we knew she was new but absolutely no hype or anything that made you want to even stay. Funny thing is she got all friendly and bubbly when she brought the bill out and stated they compted the brownies desert for the birthday girl but nothing about the total mess up on the expensive meal that was done wrong. Way too much salt on everything. For a first time going and for a special occasion I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Everyone seemed unorganized except the hostess.

The food overall tasted good however my steak was a little tuff. The potatoes were cold but I had her bring me another patch which were fine. My wife enjoyed her meal. Don't recall waitress thanking us after we paid bill and tipped her. Overall we were happy.

Server was friendly and attentive making the dining experience enjoyable from the start. Sirloin steak with a skewer of shrimp and fried mushrooms was delicious and came done exactly as ordered. Wife's chicken enchilada was also perfectly done and very tasty. We will definitely be back!

We just flew in from Victoria and Googled somewhere close to eat. This came up and we thought perfect for the whole family. Everything was very good and the table was ready for us even through we we early. I booked the table on the chance it might be very busy. Loved they had our name already there at the table too.
