Great experience! My wife and I sat at the bar for dinner and at first I was a little concerned but it turned out to be amazing. The bartenders were SUPER nice and knowledgeable. Definitely an incredible vibe.

The food and service was amazing however we were not pleased with our cramped seating. The table near us was pushed together to serve a large party which meant my date was hit several times by staff and customers passing by.

It was a perfect outing for my boyfriend’s birthday. We were loving everything, the food the waitress, the ambience. It was his first time visiting Steak 48 and all. However, the lady that packed our food left my steak out of my to go. She packed everything from my sides, rolls, appetizer, and even the birthday cake, however she left my steak out the box. I only had taken only two bites out of my steak. I am not happy with this overall and will be contacting corporate about this matter. Ruined a perfectly good night.

My fiancé and I had an amazing time. I’d say this the best dinner experience I’ve had in Charlotte. Diego and all the staff members were extremely kind and we even received complementary champagne and desert to celebrate our engagement!! I would absolutely 10/10 recommend and we will be coming back soon.

We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary and the customer service was impeccable! Yolanda our server was AMAZING! The way the staff paid attention to us and made us feel like we were right at home,has never happened to us.They even played our song..1999!This was one of the best anniversaries EVER! My crab cakes were amazing, my husband stated that the steak was tough and lacked seasoning. We had corn crème brûlée sides, Mac and cheese fries for sides snd they were good. We were impressed with the amount of cognac they gave. Overall it was a solid 4 stars

We loved everything about this restaurant! The atmosphere was lovely, we had more than one server and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. Everyone was nice. The chefs were absolutely amazing! The food was presentable and delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely love this restaurant, food is amazing. It was our second time there. However, I was a bit taken back at some of the guests attire that was allowed, it doesn’t look like dress code is enforced here. The music was so loud it was hard to hear us talking over each other. The clientele of this place has really changed, it looks more like Eastland Mall vs SouthPark Mall.

Steak 48 is always a good time because the service is good, attentive professional staff always make you feel like you’re in the right place. The food, however, is beyond mid and not worth the price— you’re paying for experience and affiliation. With the exception of some of the steak cuts, nothing on the menu, drinks included, are worth their cost. I’m big on value and will pay for premium offerings, this just isn’t it. You’ll get far more impressive, seasoned and tasty fare at other contemporary bistros around the city. 4 stars because the service is unmatched and the classic steakhouse nostalgia feels good.

Brought a special bday cake from Raleigh to celebrate son’s bday. Front desk said they could serve it but we could do it ourselves only to be told after dinner we couldn’t even eat it there. You are the ONLY restaurant that does this. Ruined my bday surprise for me son. Will not be coming back.

We celebrated my 63rd birthday at Steak 48……the food and service was outstanding. Shout out to Charles for his great service. Much appreciated. Steak 48 never disappoints. We had the shrimp/calamari appetizer/super food salad/bone-in filet/crème brûlée corn/caramel cake. My husband and I split everything…..even the steak and we had more than enough food and even brought some of the appetizer home with us. I can see why Steak 48 made the list of the top 100 restaurants in the US.
