   Ambiance was great, service was great but both me and my wife got extremely sick after our meal for some reason. I cant say food was not tasty but portions were small. Tried calling to leave feedback but no answer and no call back

   I had really been looking forward to returning to Stellina after a few months away from Montréal—I’d enjoyed several amazing pasta dinners there in 2022 and had recommended the restaurant enthusiastically to a number of friends. However, this Monday night, when we took two friends there at my recommendation, we were rather disappointed: the service seemed rushed, as though they were trying to turn over the tables quickly and get us out of there. Worse, the three men at the table received their dinners well before the two women did, and when our pasta (which was the night’s special) arrived, the men had already eaten half of their dinners. Adding insult to injury, our pasta special was lukewarm! We asked the server to please have it heated—something one should not have to do at a restaurant with these high price points—and the result was only slightly warmer. I was both disappointed and embarrassed. And I am hoping this was just one of those occasional “off” nights for Stellina. I will give it a while, and try again, hoping for the excellent food and service I enjoyed last year.

    Very good, classy, expensive but good food.. The only downside is they charge 8$ for bread with the burrata, a little ridiculous other than that it was great.

    Gab was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable, from suggesting his personal favorite dishes to ensuring our glasses were never empty. He was prompt with refills, check-ins, and accommodating to any requests we had. Overall, Gab’s exceptional service greatly enhanced our dining experience and I would highly recommend Stellina to others.

    The service was amazing and the vibe was definitely fun! We had the endive salad, king oyster mushrooms, carbonara and tortellini and it was all good. I just found for pasta, it was still pretty overpriced and nothing particularly extraordinary. Overall good experience though.

    Stellina was a highly recommended destination for being a very good gourmet destination. And indeed it was, from food and service perspectives. The food was incredibly tasty, creative and properly calibered as portions size. I enjoyed every meal! The service was exquisite as well, the personnel going above snd beyond with being helpful, joyful, charismatic and completing the whole experience. So everything started right, but as the location filled out, it became impossible to keep any kind of conversation. There was no music snd all the noise came from the guests conversations. At the end of the dinner, I have lost my voice from trying to talk to my friend. So this is how I noted that the place is actually very crowded with tables and sits, you have no privacy, you can barely move between tables. I don’t know how the waiters manage to do their job without kicking guests heads trying to navigate around. I am not sure if I will go again, even though I really enjoyed the food snd service, as it kills any conversation. We were 2 persons and we were barely able to hear each other without reading lips, but if we would have been 4, it would have been impossible to have a conversation with all the people at the table.

    My husband and I came here for his 30th birthday and loved this restaurant. My husband said it was the best meal of his life! We ate at the bar and Nina was amazing! Thank you!

    Beautiful dinner on all levels. I highly recommend the tasting menu, gave us a good sampling of what’s on the menu. Service was exceptional on all counts from start to finish. Will definitely become a regular soon!

    It was very loud ( it’s ok it the holidays!!) but it is far from what I expected. Extremely expensive for food and highly price wine list. The staff was really nice but maybe just review the menu

    We keep returning to Stellina because we’re a big fan of the pasta - it’s expensive certainly but the ingredients are top notch and the flavours are wonderful. I have to say that it has been a few times that we have experienced pretty poor service. We had a reservation for 6 people and were made to wait 30-40 minutes for our table without any apologies or compensation and had to ask ourselves for the host to tell the previous guests to vacate their table after they stayed chatting for 20 minutes after paying. The service afterwards was not extremely warm or attentive. I am an understanding client and have a lot of empathy for the service industry but this was quite disappointing for a place that advertises itself as fine dining.
