STK - Atlanta
We celebrated my daughter’s 21st Birthday! She loved the sparkler they brought to the table with a shot for her birthday 😀! Great Service and ambience. Will definitely go back.
Our waiter Alex was the absolute best in catering to every need all evening, very professional fun, our table just loved him! The food was phenomenal, the ambiance was very intimate and a perfect setting for a birthday dinner. Will def return when traveling back in Atlanta!
Excellent experience! Waiter was superb! Great environment and good music. I’d definitely return.
👍 good fir Kate night after a show
Everything was great. I proposed here the weekend after valentines. The service was amazing, the vibe and the food. Very upscale. We will be back.
Ambiance, the vibe, the service, and food was great. Upscale/get your romance on/ get your grown man on type of spot. Will be back soon!
My boyfriend and another couple decided to do dinner here for our valentine's day weekend.
The waiter did not introduce himself to us. He asked what we wanted to drink we gave our drink orders and he did not come back until 20 minutes later with our drinks. We then asked if we could place our appetizer order. He told us to hold on he walked away and returned another 15 minutes later. He returned and asked us for our orders and informed us we had to order our appetizer and dinner at the same time. We had to look over entrees as he could see we were not ready to order that. After another 15 minutes go by he returns and takes our appetizer and drink orders. He comes back to the table with bread and did not return until our food was ready which was another 30 minutes. The food was pretty good. Only my steak was cooked like I asked. Everyone else's steak was cooked to well done when everyone specifically said medium. My boyfriend had to send his back and basically had to take his new cooked steak back to our hotel room to eat because it took so long to get another cooked. Once our check was brought to the table we were charged extra items that had to be taken off. My party and I were very disappointed that our dinner experience was so horrible for the $420 ticket we received.
The host was extremely rude from the door . We had reservations at 8:00 pm we arrived on time however she said they were booked to compacity and she tried to stick us at a small table , when my husband who’s a pretty big man indicated to the host the table was uncomfortable she responded to him rudely saying well you will have to wait 2 hours for another table . My husband asked to see the manager immediately as we waited at the bar and had a few drinks . Needless to say the manager never came over but we did get another table . The waitress was nice but the food wasn’t good at all. My husband ordered the Porter House steak which cost $105. 00 and it was non seasoned and very over cooked , the sides were an additional $17.00 which tasted better than the entire steak... I ordered Lobster Ravioli which was pretty blandly. STK Atlanta is very over rated . I enjoy Ruth Chris and their menu, their steaks taste much better even Capitale Grill has better tasting steaks . STK is a NO for us.... total thumbs down ! 👎🏾
Very elegantly, the servers we’re very open with drinks and food suggestion.
I don't usually write reviews unless the experience was stellar or horrible. I have to say that I was disappointed in my experience at STK. My husband and I went for a post-valentine's dinner and we both wish we had gone to our "normal" spots for a good steak. The place is sexy with a club-like atmosphere. The music was loud, and if you are looking for a quiet place, this is not a good choice for you. The service was horrible, and we felt rushed through the whole experience. We requested a salad to be split to share, and they didn't even put the split salad on two plates. It was cut in half and put in the middle of us. I had to get up and get my own pepper. The shrimp cocktail was three small sized shrimp for $17. We go to some of the best steak houses in the city, and have had much better for the price. I saw pictures of the shrimp cocktail, and it looked nothing like what we received. We had to ask for steak knifes and spoons for the sides. The steaks were overpriced- my husband got the Delmonico ($65) and was just okay...One other note- we asked for more bread, and the server said "not to be funny, but we cannot give tables more bread". Really? For a $250.00 dollar dinner, expected much more. Will be not be going back.
Very Slow service, Food cold and not brought to everyone at once, order not accurate
Over all it was great the only thing is my husband and I like well done steaks and our steaks was still red I personally think if your a steakhouse you should be able to cook any style steak.
Great food love love love the ambiance!! Servers were great as well!!
My husband and I celebrated Valentine’s Day dinner here and we truly enjoyed our visit! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted w/smiles and seated immediately! The food was absolutely AMAZING! We will definitely be returning for another visit VERY SOON!! Thank you again STK!!
Had reservations but still had to wait! Don’t eat beef or pork and they ran out of lamb! End up getting salmon. Food was great and waitress was excellent
The steak was pink after asking for well medium and it cost to much and you don’t even get a side to come with the steak that’s not right in my opinion then my waitress sucked he act like I was worrying him and I didn’t not feel positive energy and the lady that sat us act like she had a attitude
I absolutely loved my experience. I've always wanted to go to the one in New York but never got the chance to so when I found out there was one in ATL I was excited to try it with my Gf. The food was great, the music was poppin, the ambiance was great. It is pricey but it's kind of expected. Cant wait to go back.
amazing had a great experience with an amazing server.
The food, service and drinks were outstanding, as usual. Will be back!
Food was great. Expect a loud atmosphere; very clubby. A bit on the expensive side for what you get. A $19 cocktail in any city seems like a bit much.
Great food , service was a little slow but it was crowded so I understand
Sides were cold and food took entirely to
Went there for Valentines Day. We were seated “upstairs” which looked like an employee lounge that they converted into additional seating just for that day. There were 8 tables and at times, you didn’t see any of the wait staff for more than 10 mins. Bread came out late. My shrimp cocktail never came (probably because they forgot there were people sitting upstairs), yet I was still charged for it. I mentioned it to our waiter and he didn’t know that I never received it...probably because we didn’t see him in-between the time the bread was delivered and our food finally being placed on our table. I had the braised short rib (1 rib) with Jalapeño grits which was good. The salmon that my girlfriend ordered was over-cooked and the sides looked wilted. The Mac and cheese, however, was good. Maybe if we had been seated on the main floor, we would have received better attention and the level of service would have been an improvement.
The food was great. The service was very mediocre for the price. Our server really didn’t want to be there and it showed.
This was our second time at STk. The first time was amazing. This time was not so great. The waitress was not attentive at all. She did the minimum. Most of the food was great except for the salmon and the crab cakes. I was more disappointed at the service not being as good as the first time. It may have been because it was Valentine’s Day but I won’t go back to find out.
I booked my reservation with you all way in advance and you all called me to inform me that I only had 1 hour 15 minutes to eat, which I thought was rude, but it took you all over an hour to get our food out and when it did come out the steaks were not cooked medium well. The ambiance wasn’t good because we were all crowded in the front room near the bar at small tables sitting shoulder to shoulder. I’ve visited several STK locations including this one but this is not what I expected to get on Valentine’s Day which ruined my night because we had to get a steak recooked ans to-go and we still haven’t ate it.
The atmosphere and service was great. However, we were not impressed with the food. My steak was burnt and dry, I ordered medium-well,but I got over well. My spouse had the king salmon and it wasnt seasoned well at all.
I had the surf and turf; the lobster and steak were both amazing. The corn pudding was also really good. The key lime cheese cake was a let down; it had no key lime taste. It was just regular old cheese cake definitely not worth $16.
Waiter act like he didn't really want to serve us. I asked for a steak he just said cow girl and brought it out. I've had bigger and better at Longhorn. 200.00 dollar dinner. For 2 crab cakes that were meatball size for 22.00 and steak that wasn't great at all and undersized for 69.00 and and rack of lamb which were good. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. First and last time going there. Came hungry and left hungry.
Food is very tasty it is a bit on the pricey side i wouldn’t say it’s somewhere the average person can frequent on a everyday basis but it is great a for a date night every so often. Love the atmosphere and the staff was wonderful caring and attentive
From a food quality and service aspect, STK is very good - one of the better ones in Atlanta. Also, for a dynamic place to go, it has quite the ebulient, energitic atmosphere. However, if you care about your time and having a place honor a reservation within an hour of your reservation and if you care about hearing the other people in your party, you would be much better served to go to Rathburns or other quality Atlanta steakhouses.
Food and Atmosphere were amazing.
Our server, Alex, was 👍👍
Reservation was at 7:45pm did not get seated until 8:55pm. Steak was undercooked and too salty. Server was very professional and engaging however. This was our second visit (first was also disappointing but we gave it another chance). Do not plan to return.
Received wrong order. Quality of food was not equal to the price paid ($15 Applebees quality steak, but paid $70). They have a huge creepy claw decoration on main wall. Has moving mirrors throughout dining room which gives a un easy, motion sick vibe.
Service stunk. Had to chase down waiter. Tables are plastic wood with no tablecloth. Felt like a high end Applebee’s. Took 1 hour for 1 round of drinks, then discovered they ran completely out of beer (no kidding). GM ‘bought’ us a round for our inconvenience then applied to ‘what we should have paid’ when discounting the final bill. Been to STKs around the country and this was nowhere close to the others. Will not return.
The sound level made our business meeting impossible to visit. The restaurant was packed so sound level was already high, but adding loud music (with a booming base) to drown out those trying to talk only made people have to talk louder. A request to turn down the volume was ignored. Food was good, service acceptable considering how busy it was, but certainly not an enjoyable dining experience.
Sarah was an oustanding server. Sarah was an oustanding server.
Absolutely amazing everything! Food, service, ambiance, music, drinks. Just a great please if you want a fun Saturday night where you can eat, enjoy amazing cocktails, make new friends and even dance! Did I say this place is amazing?! Thank you STK
