STK was probably the best restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life. Definitely worth the price. My boyfriend and I went for his birthday and got the “Date Night Menu.” Everything was perfect. I don’t eat red meat, and his 14 oz steak was absolutely superb. I recommend this restaurant to everyone in Miami. The service was so quick as well. The chocolate cake was to die for. Overall, 10/10. No steak I ever eat again will compare to the one I tried here.

Everything is fine, but when you pay the waiter brings you the bill with the maximum tip included without asking you for it, this is not right since the tip is suggested and the customer must make the decision of the amount. Caution should be taken in this.

I “flew solo” to Miami two years ago and ate at STK. I’d had such a good experience that I thought I’d try it again this time while flying solo again. From my experience of waiting tables and bartending, “one tops” were never my favorites. While I’d provide the same kind of attention and enthusiasm I’d given to a 6-top, and it’s true that I would’ve never been able to get the guest check of 1 as high as I could to a check for 6…which impacted income…plus there was this 1-top regular professorly-type guy who’d read his book and pretend his server didn’t even exist…so there were a lot of variables at play that didn’t exactly create an enjoyable server/1-top “relationship”… So back to my STK experience last night…Juan waited on me. I sat at table 404– I think. By the check name, I’m identified as “Lady,” if that helps mgmt at STK and Juan know who’s writing this epically and unnecessarily lengthy review hahaha… Turns out…Juan was my waiter two years ago, too. Near the end of my dining experience, we chatted a little bit…connected some dots…and realized we remembered each other. And that is soooo cool…to be so engaged in your job and to be so in tune with the patron sitting at the table…that you REMEMBER “Lady” two years later…To be a 1-top and for Juan to have provided such excellent service in 2021 that I went back in 2023 and had ANOTHER pleasant dining experience…let alone that my guest check — for a 1-top— was $172! That’s outstanding, managerially-speaking!!! And Juan didn’t do anything “special”… he didn’t “try too hard” or have some “schpeal” intended to “upsell” me. He was just nice. He was just himself. If I understood him correctly, Juan said he’s been with STK for 18 years. That’s incredible…and that he CLEARLY still enjoys the “work” of relating to others and providing them with excellent care and service— an employee like that is hard to find and sometimes hard to keep. My wife and I tried this restaurant on our vacation to Florida. The venue is nice and classy. Wife and I both ordered steaks. My wife ordered Medium Well and I ordered Medium cooked. Both of our steaks came well done. The food was sent back and new correct orders came later. The mashed potatoes were mediocre. To our surprise, the chef did not come out to explain and apologize for the error, which we were shocked about. At the end, when I gave my poor review of the restaurant to our server, Louis, he said sorry and quickly went off to the next table. I still paid 20% tip to him because I understand inflation has made life a little difficult for all, but STK Miami has definitely lost our future business. The food, the restaurant and the tip were not worth the bill. You expect better food & service with such prices. I would not suggest a meal at this restaurant. My experience at STK Chicago was better.

Great experience our waitress was A1 other chef or chefs didn’t mind making the food to our liking for example the menu had raw shrimp I wanted it fried they fried it and it was excellent with the jalapeño on it with the lemon squeeze plus the cocktail sauce….. every time I go to Miami on going to this place and I loved it. Wish we had a few in Michigan. Giving this place a 5 star is an understatement it’s that great. Prices are high but you get more that what you pay for for sure.

Roger was our server. He greeted us with a handshake and a smile within 2 minutes of us being seated. He took our drink order, which was only flat bottled water, and we didn’t see him again until 20 minutes later. The restaurant wasn’t full enough to warrant him being so inattentive. We were there on a Sunday evening at 11pm. The food was good but the service left a lot to be desired.

we got the worst table out of the entire restaurant, good this can happen but also service and kitchen was super slow. between appetizer and main course we waited 1 hour! even the “sysco” dessert took 20min to arrive. also kitchen and food quality was sub par to any STK i have ever eaten. really not good! just a advise… keep your free shots and you silly light show and invest in qualified staff that actually want to work in hospitality. AND ind the end they tried to make us tip 25% hahaha lucky they even got 10%. very disappointed. close down and open a mc Donald’s in the same spot. better for miami beach

The service was horrible, food was horrible and there’s a level of discrimination and gaming with the bill that’s offensive. I don’t recommend it at all. The food was at most subpar. I wouldn’t recommend at all.
