The beef brisket is amazing. We had the pit boss platter and it was a great deal for the amount of food that you get. Would highly recommend.

One of the best restaurants we’ve gotten to try in the fredericton area! A hidden gem! We had no idea such a beautiful and delicious spot was inside the delta hotel! We will absolutely be back!

The atmosphere is nice, otherwise we were not impressed. Upon arriving (we had made a reservation) we were seated at a tiny pub height table up against a column. It was very uncomfortable and hard to even get into the seats. I asked to be moved and thankfully we were then seated at a normal size table. The service from our waiter was good and he was attentive. The food was average and the sides (salad, mac and cheese and twice baked potato) lacked flavor. We did have one incident that left me bothered. My husband who has severe hearing loss was having difficulty hearing and we were laughing at what he misheard. At that moment a different waiter (not ours) comes up to the table and leans over to me and says "which ear is he deaf in so we can talk about him behind his back"... I responded "both" and laughed awkwardly. Although I do not think any malice was intended I do feel it was very inappropriate. Would that waiter poke fun at someone missing a limb or with a visible disability?? Hearing impairment is a disability and not just something to joke about. Out of everything the coffee and dessert was the best part.

Can never go wrong with the food here. Staff are good, it does get very busy however. The noise level is quite loud on weekends or when it is very busy making it hard to enjoy a conversation. Daytime meals though are different as it is not as boisterous.

Went out for dinner with my wife and friends. Service times were marginally slow but not too bad. Food was great but the mice running around were not. People around us were putting their feet up and our friends were weirded out. This is the second time in 5 months we’ve gone and the last time we were there, with a different couple, mice were inside the restaurant then as well. I personally don’t mind mice but in a restaurant, that’s a no-no.

Decided to eat on their terrace which was beautiful. Not an average hotel restaurant experience and a must try for all!! We loved our server Evan's suggestions, humor, and candor. We'll be stopping back in to this splendid spot again on our returning drive to Ontario.

Very pricey for what you get. The atmosphere is very nice, but hard to justify the cost. My pasta was ok, but only on par with a chain restaurant such as East Side Mario’s.

We love going to Stmr 36 when we have family visiting from out of town, or celebrating a special occasion with friends, or just the two of us... and we are never, ever disappointed. Last evening the food was superb (as usual), and our server was delightful, making the experience an unforgettable one for sure.

Food was very good. It was not as hot as I would have looked but tasty none the less. Service was great but it took a long time for the food. In their defence it was extremely busy. I e we ours return and Toyo’s recommend. Great value for your money tons of food!!

We were seated on time but no one came to serve us for at least 20 mins. This was our 50th Anniversary Lunch so we were disappointed for that. Once it was rectified though what saved the day was our server, she was amazing and the lunch turned out to be very nice and the food was amazing.

Myself and 3 friends were there to celebrate a birthday at lunch time. The weather had cleared so they set us a place outside which was wonderful. We had Mark serving us and he was just the best! Food and atmosphere was great. Order was a "little" slow but all the food arrived at the same time and was cooked perfectly so the delay may have been about getting all the orders out at exactly the same time.

Overall a great restaurant. It was busy so a little wait no big deal Biggest complaint for the 3rd straight time I asked for steak medium well and it arrives medium rare. We even told the server when we ordered previous 2 times it was wrong.. I gave a score of 3 because the restaurant is nice, we had a good server and the food tasted great Sorry I expect for 40 a steak you cook it how I want
