I requested high top seating, which we did not get. Table wasn’t ready on time. Hostess was disorganized. When seated we didn’t have enough seats for the reservation. Food took over an hour to be served. Drink orders we not done as requested. We were celebrating our son’s birthday, which was on the reservation but no acknowledgment. We were 8 adults that had a few drinks each and ordered, it was not a cheap bill.

Started with a lovely industrial decor... It's a bit more of an open concept than a quiet restaurant but it's still very nice. Menu .. perfect Drink's choice...that too is great 👍 Price is right, portions generous. Quality food although I heard about issues but I like to have my own opinion. A repeat with love one and with friends

This was a terrible experience!staffed ignored us when we arrived and waited to get settled . Waitress forgot order forgot water and never came around to see if we needed anything. I will not be going back terribly experience ! Good cold and not good

We love Stmr. The staff, the food, the decor, but the last 3 times we've been there we can't even talk it is beyond loud. 😢 I get people socialize and are having a good time, but the atmosphere has certainly changed since opening, not sure if Stmr will continue to be our go to for date night...

An absolute amazing evening, only thing better than the meal was our server Evan! Our group of 7 women ranging from 55-85, Evan was beyond kind, entertaining and never missed a beat! Can’t wait to go back!

The meal was amazing. Everything was delicious. Our server excelled in giving us top notch service. We have been to Steamer three times and all three times when we checked in to reception for our reservations we were never met with a smile or any type of welcome. It felt like we were a bother to them. Since this is usually the first point of contact it does this business a disservice. All three times I had wanted to complain that evening however the service once we got to the table was exceptional.

Food was delicious as always but I was disappointed with the slow service. It was very evident that the waitstaff did not have enough people to accommodate the amount of patrons. Although our waitress was polite and clearly trying her best, it was evident that the restaurant was disorganized that evening and the service suffered as a result

Great food, huge portions. Prices are fairly on par to what is around, expensive, but the portion sizes more than make up for that. Lighting was a bit problematic as when they dimmed them for dinner service, they flickered constantly which hurt the eyes. Our server was wonderful, prompt, friendly, helpful. He did try to fix the lights but it didn’t seem to help.

We went in with very high expectations. Although we figured Thanksgiving weekend would be pretty busy, we were disappointed that the food didn't come out hot. The flavour was ok, but a little underwhelming. The overall quality of the food didn't match the price point for us. The service from the hostess and other staff was great.

I have had the pleasure of dining at Stmr36 several times and always pleasantly satisfied with all aspects. My daughter was visiting from B.C and enjoy her meal and lived the atmosphere! Always highly recommend!

Our server was amazing however, the hostess had to be retrieved by the bar staff. We waited to be seated for several minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all, maybe 1/4 full but it took 50 minutes from ordering to get our food (my table was only 2 people). Food was good.

The beef brisket is amazing. We had the pit boss platter and it was a great deal for the amount of food that you get. Would highly recommend.
