   Brunch on our birthdays is a tradition now. Love the place, service is friendly and the food is good. We come for this fabulous dessert that tastes like a Rocher chocolate.

    3rd and last time visiting this ‘fast food, get’m-in get’m-out’ service at premium prices and constantly trying to upsell everything from food to wine. Screwed up our reservation. Reserved bar, no bar seating available. Hostess claimed she didn’t see the request - until I pointed it out to her on the tablet. Strike 1. Our waiter came by ~15 times after taking our drink order pressuring us to order food. On his last attempt to get us to order he quips: “coming up against the clock - you need to order.” Had not even had time to read the menu, but made our selections nonetheless while hovering over the table. Strike 2. Not 10 minutes goes by after placing our orders and a clearly untrained, poorly managed staffer shows up with our appetizers and entrees - all at the same time. Nice touch! Zero room on the table by this point that by now looks like we were at an all you can eat roadhouse. Strike 3. Give the place 18 months before it’s lights out!! Disappointing to say the least.

    I feel like we were timed out. We couldn’t relax and enjoy our conversation whilst checking our phones to see how much time we have left. This was the third time we’ve been and the food was average. The outside patio however is a fabulous oasis in the heart of the city.

    Rather expensive since you have to pair your main with a side. I had the Branzino fish. It was excellent but came with no vegetables or starch. Just fish. So I ordered a salad and it was huge so we shared it around the table. I'm guessing this is standard in Italian restaurants but new for me. Staff were friendly and accommodating of my food sensitivities. Dinner for four with dessert and cocktails, over $300. More than I would have expected.

    Didn’t love dining on top floor. Not the same vibe if the rest of the restaurant. I had brought guests from out of town so was a bit disappointed. Was told had to done by certain time which was totally fine but server took over 20 min to bring bill.

    Chairs are uncomfortable. Food was great except for my main (seared tuna), the plate looked empty, lacking colour and flavour. Same goes for the branzino, it would help a lot to throw in the plate a sample of veggies, mashed potatoes or even a bit of pasta, nothing that would affect your bottom line.

    Great atmosphere, food was delicious. We were very happy with the pasta, pizzas and the burger! Don't skip out on dessert! They have great selection and l did not disappoint.

    Everything was great apart from the the mains. I ordered fried chicken and it was bland. No seasoning or spice in the breading. Service was great, waiter was very pleasant and had great recommendations for wine and apps.

    Pasta dish came to the table warm rather than hot; pasta stuck together, overall dish wasn’t very tasty. Salad and dessert and wine were fine.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Stock Bar. Loved everything about it...centrally located (at Yonge and Eglinton), the atmosphere, the wait staff and, most importantly, the food. I would highly recommend the steak tartare. It was our first visit but it won't be our last.

    When sitting at the table and if you are on the bench side - every move that the table makes beside you jostles you. You feel like you are on a ride. Not fun. Very jarring. They need to be more secure so that this doesn’t happen.
