The foundation for the pizza at Stoked Pizza Company comes from meticulously studying the ingredients and techniques used to produce our favorite classic pizza styles and highlighting the strengths of each in what we make.

We prefer a crust that is soft and light on the inside with a crisp outer shell that can stand up on its own. We want our ingredients and topping combinations to provide an explosion of flavor. To achieve this we use extremely hot ovens along with carefully researched dough formulations, tomato varieties, and cheese blends, sparing no expense and taking no shortcuts.

I was surprised to find a good selection of salads and appetizers. We had two salads, a smashed potato appetizer that we couldn’t stop eating and two pizzas (cheese and sausage and onion). Everything was delicious.

I have tried pizza pretty much everywhere around Boston and Stoked is my clear #1. The crust is pizza perfection.

Perfect experience for my daughter’s 18th Birthday! Food was fabulous, our server Olivia was awesome and the staff accommodated our party of 12 with ease. Absolutely LOVE Stoked in Cambridge.

We had a wonderful time at Stoked. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the Magic Mushrooms and the Corn and Watermelon salad as appetizers. The crispy mushrooms and potatoes topped a creamy herb filled sauce and were perfect. The corn seemed fresh off the cob, the watermelon was ripe and delicious, the pickled onions added flavor, perfect amount of salad dressing. We got three pizzas: the Porky, the Honey Bacon Bianca, and a Veggie with added sausage and pepperoni. All were wonderful. Crust was light and crisp. Service was EXCELLENT. Great experience overall.

We sat outside and were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset while waiting for our meal. Very little street noise. Great tunes playing on the restaurant’s speakers. Our waiter was friendly and the service was prompt. The food was delicious! Pizza was great, but we really really enjoyed the miso Brussels sprouts as well as the buffalo cauliflower bites. Will definitely return to Stoked when next in Cambridge.
