   Amazing place, great food and excellent service! We were lucky to be served by lady named Adriana. She was not only sweet and friendly but also helpful in explaining meal options and suggesting food based on our preferences. In addition, Adriana understood right away when I hinted that it was my mom’s birthday and she added a candle to a dessert. Definitely was a right choice to bring my mom to this restaurant for celebration.

   Pre-meal bread was cold. Tagliatelle Funghi d Burrata was just average. Duck Confit ravioli was quite good. Service was quite good.

   easy to book, and accommodated an extra guest last minute. was over lunch and we were seated right away, served quickly, and had an epic time! food is always fantastic. grabbing to go for lunch is easy, quick and delicious too. thank you, Sud Forno :)

   Service very slow but perhaps not the server’s fault. Food quality was poor. Pizza consisted of dough wth a bunch of stuff thrown on top of it. Messy to eat and cold. Toppings not integrated with the pizza dough. Burrata had little flavour. Will not be returning.

    I wanted to love it! I liked it, but the tables were so close together that I couldn’t move, and I was literally touching the lady beside me who I didn’t know. We had a joke about it being cozy, but it was rammed. Food was super tasty, but portions were on the small size for the cost in my experience. Overall I’d give a 3.5 out of 5. Our server was great though!

    The food was amazing. I had cacio e pepe, which was outstanding. Food was quick to arrive and servers were very nice. The music was very loud though, which made conversation a little hard.

    if you have dined at terroni restaurants , you know that there is no altering the order. i am fine with that. The simple past dish that i ordered , lamb pappardelle was probably the poorest attempt at this dish at this chain ever. presentation was fine but minimal to no lamb ragu at all. I felt as if i had been fleeced of $24+ and believe they can do better

    Loved it. Sat at the second floor dining level. Waiter was excellent. He recommended the dishes and we went off his word. Everything was really good. Spicy pasta was excellent. Cannolis were and excellent after diner treat.

    They have to learn how to make pizza. What I had in my plate looked and tasted like stuff from Walmart. Way to over price for what you have in our plate.

    Sud Forno lives up to the Terroni brand. The food, the decor, the atmosphere. I was disappointed with the hostess client experience though.

    Our server was not friendly, did not make eye contact with us and gave the minimum amount of service possible. She also seemed very offended when one member of our party asked if one ingredient could be left off of her pizza, and refused to accommodate the request. The food was not great for the price, pizzas could very easily be replicated at home. Overall very disappointing experience and would not go back.

    Had dinner early before heading out to see a show. Excellent food. Smaller portions whjch was great, have allowed them to keep prices from being astronomical and is probably better in the end.

    Quick service during lunch hour - a bit of a queue to get in and get seated; esp if you are upstairs and you need to join a second queue. Prices have gone up a bit - but quality and speed of service was great.

    The experience was underwhelming and the food was mediocre. It’s okay for a quick mid-week takeout and nothing more. Went out for my husband’s birthday on a Friday night for a 19:00 reservation and I regretted the restaurant choice and our meal choices. They did not show any special treatment or table for a birthday celebration. Will not be dining there again.

    Everything was great, except the service was a bit slow. We sat down and didn’t meet our server for a good solid 20 mins (no water or anything). Besides that all was great.
