Super disappointed, we ordered our burgers to have everything to the side it came with everything on them, and they were dry it took us picking everything off of the burgers and eating over half of the food for someone to show up and ask how our food was, and by that time we didn't even want to eat our fries since they were cold but no one wanted them without ketchup and salt. And the burgers could of used ketchup to help the fact that they were super dry.

We came to Sugar Factory on a Thursday for my daughter’s 11 birthday. It was not crowed at all. We mention 3 times it was her birthday and they did nothing. I was told later you need to buy dessert and pay additional $5 for a candle. Seriously? There is no price on the beverage or dessert menu. Order my kids a drink - no alcohol - it cost me $60! Fruit punch and some candy in a cup- really. We got the rainbow hamburger for my son. Bread was stale and meat was dry and how to eat, so that was a complete waste of money. They run old video of celebrities on TV over and over. Music is very loud! I do not recommend this place. There are plenty of better places to go to in Chicago. I’m still in shock we paid $30 a piece for a kid drink. Avoid! For what we paid it would have been nice to recognize my daughters birthday

This was a fun outing to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday. Because we have been at Sugar Factory before, we were not completely thrown off by the incredible price tag for the non-alcoholic goblet drinks-- you are paying for the experience more than the drink. The service was outstanding and the food was good. Great location just off Michigan Avenue with a lot of different parking garages nearby. We would go again!

Wonderful ambience. This place is full of sugary breakfast items, lunch items, and entrees. Enough sugar to put you in a coma but everything taste so good!! We really enjoyed the red velvet pancakes . We went two days in a row for breakfast

Only for the drinks would I go back. The host was extremely rude. The round big couch like red chair were nasty and dirty. The food was disgusting. My entire party did not enjoy their food.

The food was limited, overpriced, overcooked and flavorless. I ordered the brandy peppercorn steak with the frite and scalloped potatoes. The potatoes were too cheesy and the steak lacked seasoning. The menu was not kid friendly. It's a shame we paid $30 for goblets we could not take home for souvenirs while other Sugar Factories allow us to take them home. I would recommend this place for drinks, desserts and appetizers before or after an event, but not somewhere to eat a main meal at.

My daughter treated me to the Sugar Factory on Mother’s Day and it was “one” of the most memorable experiences ever.

Firstly, I was very impressed with the atmosphere and entire layout of restaurant. Secondly, I was equally impressed with the staffs professionalism and friendly nature especially, that of my server James, “he rocked.” Thirdly, the food was AWESOME!!!! I ordered the white chocolate drizzled burger and I was thoroughly impressed Kudos to the Chef 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳

Will be returning again. Love this place!!!!

Over-hyped, over-priced and ridiculous. Only reason we went was my daughter wanted to try it. I would never go back. Pitbull and Kardashian’s can keep it all to themselves.

We took our daughter here for her 21st birthday. We were seated early which was nice but that's where the fun ended. Our server was slow. The candy was overpriced. The drinks were fun but very weak and exceptionally overpriced. My husband and I ordered Angus steak and lobster. They were out of both. In place of that we ordered the New York Strip. It was fatty and tasteless. We requested au jus with our steaks and instead got steak sauce. Our server did not appear to know what au jus was. He said he had to ask the chef if they had it even though it was offered with other steaks. We also tried the wings and they were disappointing. Our daughter had the fettuccine which wasn't bad. Overall, we were not impressed and will not be returning.

Fun for the kids. Food was decent, but the milkshakes were exciting for the kids, as well as the colorful burgers. The noise level was uncomfortably loud. Could hardly have a conversation because the music was blasting.

I made an after prom reservation for a party 10 for 10pm. I confirmed my reservation online prior. When the party arrived they were told their reservation was not until 11. My daughter had a screenshot of the confirmation and the hostess was adamant about it being 11. They were not seated until 11pm. This put a damper on the evening because they left the prom early to make this reservation. Coming from Indiana, they could have stayed at the prom longer if the reservation was at 11. What is the point of making reservations and confirming if you are going to be told it’s not valid? There was no effort made to seat them at 10, the time on the confirmation and the time they arrived.

This was my first visit. I treated my daughter for Mother’s Day but it turned out to be a treat for me and my Grandson! It was pretty quiet when we first arrived and were seated around 4:30 p.m. But then around 5:30-6 it started to pickup which made my experience even better!

I don't agree to a 25% service fee for five people or more. I really think that's unfair to any family. I had to pay a service fee and my children is under the age of 17.

This is my very first bad experience at any Sugar Factory. I had a reservation and still had to wait quite some time before being seated. My order was brought to me and basically dropped off at the table. The server walked away immediately and my order was wrong. They had some sort of mayo spread, instead of butter, on the plate with my chicken/waffle. One piece of the chicken was old and dried out. My drink set-up was placed on my table 15 minutes before the server came back to pour. I had someone with me that had never been to Sugar Factory and it took away from the energy when the drink was being poured. The air conditioning was on blast. With all of this, I still tipped our server, April, well. It appears that she was overwhelmed. I will give them another try. If my experience is bad during my next visit, I will not return to that location. 05/04/2019

They sat a party of six at an extremely small booth and when we wanted to move for more space they said we would have to wait even longer. Food is not that great or the drinks. Pretty expensive for nothing.
