Food was great. Our server was very attentive. Only complaint is they rushed to get food out. Our appetizers were on the table for 3 minutes then the entrees arrived so everything was piled all over the table and we couldn’t really enjoy the apps. My son loved his insane milkshake and already requested to come back for his birthday in November.

I would have rated it higher but, I didn't get the full experience. I would have liked for my daughter to see the staff dance to the music for her birthday but instead, we got 2 staff members to just sing happy birthday to her.

Had Sunday morning breakfast at Sugar Factory at Foxwoods. We were seated by the window in the pink room which had a beautiful view. Nice music playing. Everything was wonderful. Food was great. Waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go back.

The drinks we got weren't that amazing. Got a color changing drink and it didn't change at all. The cups were super sticky every time we took a sip. The food was average and the fries were plain with no flavor and weren't that hot. The burger was over cooked.

I had a great bday dinner…..completely improvised and last minute. But totally worth it!!! Didn’t get the whole experience with the bday singing and dancing…,still enjoyed ourselves :)

1/2 the order was incorrect, got charged for drinks we did not receive, really really loud, the table we were at at literally faced the sun so we couldn't even see 1/2 the time, the staff thinks no one else can speak Spanish so you get to hear some pretty disparaging things said about customers.

This was our first experience here. We were a party of 8 (6 kids and 2 adults.) We had a really nice time. My 2 older daughters explauned it to me by saying how luxurious and rich it made them feel from how it was all decorated. I was glad that we made reservations. We were able to skip the entire long line there was just to head right in, especially with 6 children. Our waiter was super friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. The whole experience was delightful We are already talking about when to go back again.

Overpriced and limited food items on the menu. More desserts than food items. The waiter was friendly. However, her clothing/attire was extremely dirty. The restaurant was unkept, dirty, and dusty in many areas. My family and I left and went to another restaurant.

This visit was a big let down for us. Sugar factory markets itself as and “experience.” We’d been thinking to go for years and finally decided to make a reservation for my daughter’s birthday. She and friends got all dressed up, i drove to each house to pick them up and then we drove an hour to foxwoods. We were seated right in the open next to open casino hallway which made it feel like we were in a food court. We asked when we arrived if we could sit in the back with the window view which would have felt more like what we were hoping, but were given mixed messages about “why” they couldn’t seat us there- from “we can’t seat you until you’re all here” to “there is no server back there today” to “we can’t accommodate seating preferences “ to “that only opens at 4 (our reservation was for 4 and we were 10m early and said we’d wait)” to “I wish you had asked me” to “I wish you had asked sooner” to “it’s too late now that you ordered drinks” This put a shadow over what was meant to be a special day

Overall, our experience was great. This was our fourth visit, and we will certainly be back! The only critique I would have is that our area it was just a bit too dark… we also find the shakes to be a little over priced, especially for the amount given… The menu itself, seems very reasonable, and there are certainly enough selections to appeal to everyone!
