   Came here with my son for lunch. We ordered a strawberry lemonade smash drink and it was the highlight of our visit! We loved that but the food was just okay. I ordered the club which was actually pretty good and my son ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich which was kindof falling apart and he barely finished half of it. The prices are pretty expensive but that’s to be expected so overall it was a fun visit and I would probably go again just for the drinks.

   This was our first time at Sugar Factory and I honestly had no clue there wouldn't be a kids menu. Options for our soon to be 10 year old were limited. Everyone enjoyed their meals, my veggie burger (no bun, sub asparagus for the fries) took forever somehow and everyone was pretty much finished eating when mine arrived. The cheesecake was excellent and my family loved the milkshakes. The staff was awesome and they did rectify any issue we had. I'd likely go again but without my teens and younger daughter due to the insane cost.

   Bathroom was unkempt. Way overpriced. Food did not come out together. Had to wait even though had a reservation then sat outside. No utensils or napkins were available. Waffle was dry on the Snickers milkshake.

   Way overpriced, but fun atmosphere. Honestly I don’t get the hype surrounding Sugar Factory. Food taste is ok, but nothing amazing. I will say the drinks are very cool, milkshakes are extravagant. I guess you are paying for the music and dancing servers, but not really worth the price tag in my opinion.

   The energy was electric and the staff was amazing! The food was delicious and we had a great time. The price points on the food and drinks rivals that of “finer” establishments which surprised me but the experience made it worth it for a special occasion. We will go back just not for a routine dining experience.

    This place is definitely way overpriced, and more for the experience only. The food is typical American food and very limited. We celebrated my teen’s birthday and she enjoyed it. Probably won’t return. The restrooms were clean, and it wasn’t too busy on a Thursday evening. Our waitress was kind and attentive.

    First and last time visiting this place. Food was waaaay overpriced for what you get. Service was slow. We didn’t even stay for dessert because my husband was so annoyed. $100 down the drain…no breuno!

    Can not believe they now add a service charge on all parties and yet still expect a tip on top of that! Nuts considering we were sitting for almost 20 mins before even being spoke too by anyone,then another 30 mins almost before our order was taken..then drinks and food all find out together.     This place was so fun n and our waitress was great. The birthday singing and music is so fun. Our reserved table took about 15-20 minutes past our reserved time but it was ok. We had a great time.

    We had a good time but I think the servers should let the customers know that the gratuity is included on the bill. The facility was clean, nice, but I would suggest have a few more items added to the menu.

    WE HAD THE ABSOLUTE GREATEST EXPERIENCE HERE, CAME FOR MY MOMS 50TH BIRTHDAY AND WE HAD SUPER GREAF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WE WERE BLOWN AWAY BY OUR HOSTS AND HIS HOSPITALITY. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING AND THE ENERGY AND VIBE IN THE RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING. HOST WAS ATTENTIVE KIND AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE MENU ITEMS WHICH WAS HELPFUL.     This restaurant is definitely a must for Instagram worthy drinks and desserts. It’s also a great place for kids although it can be loud at times. The food was mediocre and they were out of the steak but other than that it was a good experience. You’re definitely paying for the vibes and ambience more than the food and service.

    We have been going to the sugar factory since it opened in Orlando. It is a great place to go to for celebrations. The staff was amazing. One thing that is lacking is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The restaurant needs a good cleaning and possibly some repairs on some parts. When it opened the candy store was amazing and the kids were very impressed. This part of the restaurant has definitely gone down and needs some upgrades. The drinks were amazing but not as fancy as they once were. I will come back, but hoping there are some upgrades made. Staff was beyond amazing!

    Was in town celebrating a birthday. This was nothing like the one in Miami, food and drinks were not worth the money 😒 the floors were dirty. Not up to par, just have a drink 🍸 for the experience.

    We made a reservation and waited 1 hours to be seated. Then we waited at least another 30 minutes to get a waiter to come to the table. Terrible experience, will never come back.

    Don’t waste your time or your money. We arrived at our reservation time and were greeted by the front staff who were unfriendly and dismissive. While they tell you they won’t hold a table more than 10 minutes past your reservation, they think nothing of having you wait 20 minutes past your reservation time. The noise level is so high you can’t even hold a conversation. The specialty drinks are cool to see but so overpriced. And the food is just okay…nothing special and also overpriced. The highlight was our server, Britton, who was great. And they have a mandatory 20% service fee and expect to be tipped on top of that. We won’t be back and maybe can help someone else avoid being disappointed.

    We got seated right away which was great. However, they were out of a lot of things. So everyone settled for the burgers. I’ve never in my life had a burger as dry and disgusting as the burger I received. No one at the table enjoyed the food. Burger King has better burgers. Our waiter was unable to provide quality service bc he was extremely busy. Overall the money that was spent was a waste. I will never in my life visit this place again. It’s overrated and overpriced.

    Such an unforgettable experience for my 10 year olds birthday dinner. She was so embarrassed when multiple waiters came to sing and dance as they sang happy birthday 💜 Waiter was great and food and dessert amazing. Really the only complaint I would have is that the floor was super sticky walking into the bathroom and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. But that is just for management to think about- other than that I would definitely recommend!

    This was my second time there. The energy was great but they are always out of surf and turf and other popular things on the menu. I had their chicken and waffles last time and raved about it to friend. She came from out of town and was excited to try it but they were out of that too this time. The food is overpriced. The place is colorful loud and may be fun for the kiddos but be prepared to pay for food and ice cream that they may not even finish. They will, however enjoy the experience. Call ahead to ask about the menu so you don’t waste a trip.
