    Sullivan’s menu is good. We had the tuna - good, seared scallops appetizer- very good, and the spanish style steak - especially unusual. The calamari starter was very good too. Service with Anna was good, she was extremely kind, but drink service for our 2nd glass was somewhat slow. It is a very loud restaurant, less so if you get to dine upstairs (which we requested and were happy they went out of their way to accommodate us.). Surprisingly our birthday celebration for our 82 year old guest didn’t include a dessert. We have been coming here for special occasions for years. But we won’t likely anymore because the prices are now outrageous. Eg: beet salad with no protein at $14! Hopefully this honest review is helpful.

    We had a group of six for a business dinner as our new boss wanted to take us out for an introductory dinner. As he is new to Anderson, I recommended Sullivan's to give him a proper introduction to downtown Anderson and its fine dining. For most of the party it was their first time there. Throughout dinner, everyone raved about the beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptional service. We will most certainly be back.

    Once again, an excellent dining experience at Sullivans!! Tonight we had the pleasure of Mary Faith being our server!! Ordered my usual, and delicious N.Y. Strip encrusted in Peppercorn and was thoroughly pleased. My girlfriend had the Mussels which were superb!! Only to be compared with the best of Maryland and Asia!! Her words, not mine! Looking forward to another "Date night" with my lovely girl and another superb dining experience at Sullivans!!

    Hosts: Uncharacteristically rude and condescending. Please remember that you are the frontline of a business and ultimately the deciding factor in whether you will have a return customer or not. First impressions are vital. Wait staff and cuisine: Characteristically AMAZING.

    I think for the Dinner setting there are two issues that would upgrade the experience in the area of "ambience:" 1. We were there from 5:30 to 6:45, please consider dimming lights for diner meal; 2. Also consider restriction on ultra-causal clothing, e.g. baseball caps, T's - might be appropriate for lunch, but not for a fine dinning upscale experience for which Sullivan's strives.

    My first time there and for the price was expecting a bit more pizzaz on the plate. Since when is a New York Strip market price? Finger potatoes were overcooked and dry and the $51 steak was just as good as I have in my freezer. My wife ordered the salmon topped with crab and she loved it. Her potatoes were also overcooked and dry. Drinks were good at $15 a pop. Desert was turtle cheesecake and it was outstanding. Our server was attentive and friendly.

    The food was delicious. The atmosphere was good except felt waitress should not be allowed to wear all those nose piercings. The waitress looked unclean with this and hair did not look clean. At a restaurant like this, feel that the nose piercings was a little much

    The pork chops were delicious as usual and portion was so plentiful we were able to bring half home for another meal. We were shocked about the increase in price of you coconut cake. We were very disappointed that you “automatically” added a 20% gratuity to the price of the meal and taxes. I never tip on taxes and believe VERY strongly that owners should pay their employees a decent, working wage and let customers then decide if the price is worth the charge. Most likely our last time to dine with you.

    Food quantity and quality were outstanding. Value was great because of the BOGO offer. Wait staff were friendly and efficient but seemed a bit too few for the numbers of patrons being served. We will definitely be back. The loyalty program is a good one.

    Our server was very friendly, attentive but not overly so and she was great at keeping our water glasses full. We chose the trigger fish and butcher steak. The butcher steak was great, this time the Trigger fish was over cooked and not the best we have had. Was not bad enough to send back but simply not the best. While I can understand adding the tip to the BOGO offer because there are those that tip on the bill not what the bill would be, I suggest you add 15%, the standard tip for good service and allow your customers who are very pleased with their service to tip extra so the server knows when they are going above and beyond. Trust your customers to reward exceptional customer service by allowing us to show the server they are appreciated.

    I had the trigger fish special and my friend had the stuffed pork chop. Both were delicious. We each ordered a glass of wine and were given generous pours. Our waiter, Thomas was outstanding. Personable, knowledgeable and attentive. I also loved watching the wait staff interact with each other. They were so respectful to each other. Seemed like a happy family. Best restaurant in the area. Was there to celebrate my birthday and it was special.
