   I have been eating at this Sullivan's for 20 years. It is really sad how far downhill it has gone. The crab fried rice was terrible. I ordered a prime strip steak, and they sent out a terrible end piece, thin as well. And it was overcooked. The waiter was very polite and immediately ordered a second one from the kitchen with no attidude. The second one was also thin and underwhelming. I wish this was the first time, but the quality of the food and experience at this place has been deteriorating for over a year now, I've been holding off writing review, but they really need a new program, this used to be the best steak house in King of Prussia.

   It took over fifteen minutes for a server to check in on our table after we were seated and the timing of the service throughout the evening was slow and inattentive. After finally procuring a bottle of wine for our table and placing our dinner orders, the service simply disappeared for an hour. The $150 bottle of wine and the nearby glasses sat empty for half an hour missing an opportunity to order a follow up bottle. The swirling number of servers around us always seemed to be rushing past and when we asked about ordering more wine we were twice told they would “let your server know.” Then our food suddenly appeared and we all realized not a single one of us had a steak knife to slice into our steaks. Our primary server took another 5 minutes to appear, just ahead of our knives. At this point only one person in our party opted to have a glass of wine. The food was fine, but the overall experience suffered from the long time between ordering and the delivery of the meal. Had the service checked in more frequently and been more attentive to our needs the restaurant would have made more money and I’m sure we would have enjoyed our experience much, much more. To be clear, this is not because there seemed to be a lack of help… wait staff were bustling by us all night, but most avoided contact or just told us they’d let our server know.

   The food was very mediocre! Only the calamari was good. Sullivan’s used to be my favorite steakhouse. Definitely won’t return.

   They need to clean their dishwashing machine. The cups on the table were dirty. I asked for new cups and either the waiter brought the same cup back or all the cups were dirty. Served my son sprite in a dirty glass and argued with me about the food bits on the glass being actual dirt.

   Dinner at Sullivan's KOP was very ... okay. If your idea of a great steakhouse is Longhorn or Outback, you'll probably view this place as a step up. If you're a fan of Capital Grille, Fleming's or Ruth's Chris, however, this is definitely a step down. Guests dressed in shorts, tees and baseball caps? Where am I -- Appleby's? The presentation - okay. The service - okay. You're in and out in no time. The atmosphere - okay (at best). The noise level - a bit higher than you'd expect for a place with quite a few empty tables. The men's room - not as tidy as you'd expect for a "fine" restaurant. The big plus: The Sure Thing. Good value. Even if the food itself is not as good as that at Capital Grille, Fleming's, et al. Not a great experience, not a terrible experience. Just ... okay.

   The lunch menu has many options, including a business lunch, which is well priced. We enjoyed a recommended wine, and service was attentive but not distracting. Our entrees were outstanding. Everything cooked to perfection and plated nicely. The only drawback was a rather loud diner who continued her phone call throughout her visit, even when her food was brought to her table. Perhaps the restaurant needs signage reminding diners to keep calls outside the dining area or increase the volume on the music to drown out rude guests.

   Sullivan’s was truly disappointing tonight. We sat at the bar tonight. The bartender (older lady with blonde hair) her energy was very off. She was very short with us. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She didn’t have any recommendations on what we should order. She was also bossing the other bartender around. Which the other lady was actually kind and was smiling a lot. It took 34 minutes for my Caesar salmon salad to come out and when it did I couldn’t believe my eyes. 3 wedge lettuce and not even 6 ounces of salmon. The salad was so small it only took up half the plate. I was so disturbed by the bartender, the long wait, then the presentation of a simple salad that I didn’t get anything! However, the lady manager was really kind and understanding so she didn’t charge us and also offered us anything on the menu but I was so turned off I quickly declined. Overall, I won’t be returning.

    For the price of the meal I expected better service. My family was very disappointed. Initially after being seated we sat there for 20 mins without anyone coming to the table. We had to tell the hostess we hadn’t met a waitress or waiter yet. I just assumed it was a failure of communication but the night did not get any better. When the waitress did come to our table she didn’t really introduce herself, ask if we had ever eaten there before, talked about any specials or anything like you normally get in an intro at a restaurant. She just asked if we were ready to order appetizers. So we ordered. Appetizers came out, no plates to eat on. Had to locate the waitress for that. My wife ordered a drink. We waited another 15-20mins. for the drink. While we were waiting for her drink another family of eight came in. They immediately got two drinks, coffee for a few ppl and water for everyone. My wife still had not received her drink. Told the waitress again. She had forgot to order it. She came back a few mins later with the drink and said it was on the house. Earlier in the evening the kids had both finished their soft drinks, so I sat the cups at the front of the table so the waitress could grab them more soda. She took the cups but never returned with the drinks. She asked if we needed anything else later when we got our entrees, I said yes the drinks for the kids. She forgot about that too. But instead of admitting she forgot, she gaslights the table saying “oh you wanted more drinks” as if we should have said that and that’s the reason she didn’t bring the glasses back. She took the glasses when we were eating appetizers! Why would my kids not want anything else to drink during their meals. The final straw came when I needed water myself and I watched her fill every glass up at this table of eight and never even bothered to look our way. This waitress neglected our table the entire time. A few more things happened but I don’t have enough characters. DISAPPOINTED!!

    The atmosphere and ambience are great, and to be fair we went for dinner on Mother’s Day so understand that it’d be busier than usual but for the price point of everything the food + drink quality just wasn’t there. Cocktails took a long time to come out and were strong but not tasty. The steaks, even the filet, were just average and not well seasoned at all. The side dishes were good though.

    It’s was Mother’s Day so the kitchen was slow in getting orders out so I won’t hold it against them but for the price you pay food should still be exceptional but our calimari was over cooked and my medium filet mignon was close the medium well done. Prior experience here was exceptional so will count this as a one off day.

    We had a 5:00pm reservation. We were seated at 5:20. Gave our order at 5:40. Were served our dinner at 6:45. Our server was good and very gracious, and the food was also good. But it is hard to overcome being served dinner an hour and forty-five minutes after your reservation time.

    I understand it was Mother’s Day so you expect delays. We had a 4:30 reservation and we were finally seated at 4:52. We immediately ordered our appetizer and drinks. We did not get drinks until 5:20 and no water till 5:30 when the appetizer was brought. We also ordered soup and salad which I had to ask for at 6:02. My son asked for a soda when the appetizer was dropped at the table and finally came with the soup and salad. I asked for an extra spoon to share the soup and never ever received it. We finally received our main meal at 6:30. The brussel sprouts were raw the Augrautin potatoes were burnt and raw at the same time. My sons steak was still mooing my steak was burnt and my husbands was ok. We were never given steak knives to cut them and they did not cut like butter so we could not cut them with the butter knife. They were all luke warm how is that possible it had been almost 2 hours. At that point I asked for the manager. She came with an attitude saying I am giving you your food for free. Great I am starving and we can’t eat anything. To top it off the waiter or staff never cleared one dish from our table. I understand the kitchen was backed up but the waiter never came back. He tried to blame the kitchen I said we asked for straws and a spoon and we did not get either he shrugged his shoulders like oh well. My son said it was like they sat us and forgot our table existed.

    We were here for Mothers day early dinner. It was a busy afternoon and the kitchen was backed-up, when led to the party ahead of us not being done with their meal at our reservation time. We were required to wait 20-30 minutes for our table which was disappointing, as we previously had been seated quickly at our appointed reservation time. The waitress was attentive, but we also had a long wait for our appetizers as well. The main course was well prepared with the steaks all being done to the correct temperature with tasty sides. Overall a good experience, with positive food and slightly negative for timeliness. Mother's day and game 6 of the Sixers playoff may have caused the early afternoon backup.

    Mother’s Day lunch was a poor experience. The server told us that the kitchen was backed up. While the drinks and salads came out relatively quickly, but it took 90 minutes for the steaks to come to the table. Unfortunately, the steaks were tough and under seasoned.

    Took family to celebrate Mother’s Day. Steaks were ok (not cooked as requested), sides came out cold, scalloped potatoes did not have flavor. Kitchen was so backed up they paid for our food. Server was terrible. Left dirty dishes on table most of the meal, and she never offered us drink refills, or dessert. Not the “Mother’s Day” experience had hoped for. We will not be going back.

    We went in when they opened and it still took a long time to get our meal. When it came out, none of the steaks were cooked as requested. The “table side salad” was not made at the table and only after I asked were we told they “weren’t doing that today” our waitress only checked on us twice the entire time.

    This was our second time going to Sullivan’s and it did not disappoint. We went for a pre- Mother’s Day Dinner the food was amazing! Our appetizers the cheesesteak and spicy shrimp egg rolls were so good. The lobster and salmon was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our server Lisa was the best she was pleasant and very attentive.     Our meals came out literally the same time as our salads, I was not happy especially in this type of “fine dining” establishment. I absolutely hate getting all my food at one time. Felt very rushed at that point and then the rest of the time, service was super slow. For these prices, I feel like it was not worth it and I will not return. Last time we were there we didn’t have a great meal, so this was the last straw.

    AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Such a waste of $400! This used to be my husbands favorite place to get a steak and we will never go back. The server was awful, the wedge salad came out and it looked like it was from McDonalds, we sent it back. The martini’s looked like the waitress spilled half of them on her way to the table. The food was disgusting, all of the steaks were over or under cooked. This place needs a new owner and complete make over!

    Rami gave my family and I EXCELLENT service!!!!!!!!! He’s so AWESOME!! He went far and beyond the call of duty. Amazing customer service and very attentive to our table. Very nice server with a huge smile. The food came out hot with a nice presentation. Ordered Lamb Chops which were DELICIOUS and tender!!!!! Lobster bisque so yummy and the Char-Grilled Oysters were to die for! OMG, sooooooo freaking GOOD! Topped it off with a Banana Foster Bread Pudding with a side of vanilla ice cream that has me wanting more. Best bread pudding I ever ate. I love Sullivans and have been coming here for almost 20 years. I definitely recommend this place. Rami gave phenomenal customer service!

    The food was excellent. Prepared perfect. The sides are large portions that can be split by 2 or 3 people. I wish they had told us that before we ordered 3. sides. Service was horrible. The hostess was pleasant but it went downhill from there. Bus person brought water but did not greet us. Very stoic and seemed like he really didn’t want to be there. Our waitress was nice, but not very attentive. Our drinks arrived after our salads, the entrees were just plopped on the table by the food runner. Our waitress never came back to ask us if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. When we were finished eating we still had quite a bit of food leftover but sat for 20 minutes before our waitress came back. There were only 12 people in the restaurant at the time, a total of 5 tables so it was not busy at all. Overall the staff was not at all accommodating. For the prices they charge, we would expect a higher level of service and attention to detail
