Bad experience. Bug in food. Poorly handled by staff. The rest of food was mediocre. Waiter dropped a wine glass next to us. It was an accident but he left glass shards around the table. Menus were dirty. Table cloth was dirty. Won't return. They looked understaffed

Favorite date night spot because of their lovely patio. Food was excellent as always. Waitress was not awesome. Had to ask twice for silverware. Drink ran low. She spent a lot of time at the bar chatting with coworkers. And they were not busy. I’ve been a waitress before, I notice how many tables you have and get a little annoyed when the service isn’t prompt. Disappointing date night, and for $170 tab we’ll go elsewhere next time.

Best part of the meal was the desserts. The steaks were charred and not very flavorful. Also, not trimmed well. Sides were not seasoned and lacked flavor. Atmosphere and service were great but we will not be back. For the price, we will just go back to 801.

Unfortunately this restaurant has gone down hill and we had a poor experience on Mother’s Day no less. The manager did cover our meal but our food was wrong, it took over an hour to get it. Appreciate the manager’s actions but we won’t be returning.

Food was as good as the price tag would suggest which is good. My steak was a little under medium but still palatable. Service was disappointing. Several times the server did not acknowledge that he had heard an order and when we asked a runner if the drink was coming she remarked that the server would need to do it. When the server did return he remarked that he does hear everything but that they are very busy(it was mother's day). I totally get that but the comment felt unnecessary and we weren't sure if he had heard us the first time around since the noise in the restaurant was on the louder side. The only other thing which wasn't a "problem" in my opinion was the waiter spoke really fast when discussing the specials and sides and I did not understand what he was saying.

Sullivans has GREAT steaks! Our filet's were done to perfection and perfectly seasoned. Patrick was an amazing waiter . In my opinion, Sullivans has the best steaks in the area.

We had dinner with a friend and enjoyed several options including the ribeye, sea bass, and salmon. The service was really good, a new nursing college graduate. The music in the bar was loud; however, we were seated far enough away that we could have good conversation.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience for a birthday occasion. Our server Julius was amazing, the food was outstanding and the special touch for the hand-written birthday card was really thoughtful. Definitely going back for the next big occasion!

We had 3 special occasions but not to the point, 2 people had special dietary concerns. They had dairy free concerns and brought this to the servers attention only to have a honey mustard dressing brought out with the understanding that it was dairy free. After eating some of salad, guest asked to make sure and was told it was NOT dairy free. Since everyone else had their meal already, she had to wait for another salad to be prepared. My steak was not worth $66.

Our server was fabulous and the restaurant is very nice, but the steaks just aren't the quality you expect from a "fine dining" steakhouse. My husband had the strip and it was good overall, but the filet was very stringy and chewy, not the soft, melt in your mouth filet you would expect at a steakhouse. The sides were good, and desserts were great, but it just wasn't enough to make up for the disappointment of the steaks. We went out to celebrate our anniversary, and they had a nice card and rose petals on our table, and the desserts were comped as well, so if you are celebrating something special it maybe worth your while. If you order something other than steaks for your entrees.

April 29 was my husband’s birthday. There were 6 in our party. We were seated in a nice part of the restaurant. Our server, Trevor, was great. He has a wonderful personality and made our experience very enjoyable. All of our steaks were delicious. My husband had the Filet Oscar. He gave it 2 thumbs up. The creamed spinach was beyond delicious. A great evening.

Sullivan’s food quality is not what it once was. We each ordered med-rare steaks and they all came out cooked completely different. The 4 sides we ordered were all very good. Big plus, the service is always very good and they have an expansive wine list. I’ve never had a bad experience here, but the food doesn’t blow me away for the price. We were a party of 3 and 2 ppl had a couple cocktails, our bill was $500.. a little high for what you get.

22oz ribeye was not cooked the way ordered. I ordered medium well and steak was cooked medium. Mac and Cheese shells was overcooked. Bread Pudding texture was too soft and mushy. I will say the food and dessert is better on Fridays and Saturdays. I went on a Sunday, never again.

The food was very good, we ordered several starters, steaks, sides, and seafood. I was pleasantly surprised with the seafood - we tried the salmon, scallops, and lobster bisque. All three were delicious. The steaks were also very good, my wife's steak was ordered medium and cooked medium well but she didn't mind, it was still tender and tasted great. It was Easter and the service was good - just before dessert, our server disappeared for a bit - Maybe it was a kitchen issue, she did apologize for the wait. The horseradish bloody mary was the perfect blend of heat and flavor - would order that again. The prices were a little higher than I expected. The quality was on par with other seafood and steak restaurants, but the portions were larger so the prices probably make sense. We would eat there again.

It was ok! Everything was ok! The steak was cooked properly but not a quality cut. Nothing stood out and that is not a great thing when the bill was over $140 / person.
