Great food, unique decor, was pretty busy so service was quite slow but was a good night out.
Excellent, highly recommend. Beautiful interior.
This is such a hidden gem! The food is absolutely authentic and so fresh. One of my favorite places! The setting and service is great! A must try if you have never been. I am already craving my next SULTANS feast! If you are a foodie, this is a must try!
Food was good but main courses on their own felt slightly expensive - the Sultan's Feast's however feel much better value. Quality wise however would be very hard to top
Drinks (Mango juice also felt slightly overpriced at $4/glass).
Very good authentic meal, nice atmosphere and experience. Definitely recommended to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Obviously short staffed due to COVID, but ?owner and waiter provided an excellent service. Food quality was good as usual. The lamb tagine was excellent and succulently tender! My partner had the chicken tagine - large piece of chicken and again very tasty.
Quality of food and service excellent even during this pandemic. Please visit them and dine for excellent food.
Great food. Owner was very friendly. Good unique place for something new. Go support these guys it’s very good
So happy that they are open again and serving the same amazing flavours. Plan ahead and make a reservation so they know you are coming. It’s challenging balancing resources and unknown activity levels. Tonight they were busier than expected but handled it VERY well.
Perfect service with delicious authentic Moroccan food. Will definitely come again.
Excellent meal and service.
The food was good but our server had the tendency to not be consistently friendly when we asked him questions to clarify the menu.
Great evening, enjoyed ambiance. Outstanding food and service. Thank you for a great experience!
Love the food and atmosphere!
Great experience. Waitress was very knowledgeable and welcoming. It is not a place to go for a quick dinner, but rather great to sit back and enjoy your meal, without a rush (that’s what their concept is). Food was delicious and very flavourful. The decor was great and all from Morocco.
Never experienced Moroccan food before. Truly impressed the way the Moroccan cuisine and tradition was displayed.
Delightful calm evening of good company, good food, good conversation. Not rushed. Has been a favorite of mine for over 20 years and I’m never disappointed.
Great experience despite restaurant not receiving our open table reservation. Host was able to accommodate a party of 6.
They apparently did not know that we had booked through Open table and were not prepared. They were unable to offer the deserts that they had listed on the menu, ran out of certain beverages and were very under staffed. A number of other groups had shown up to the restaurant that had booked through Open table and were also not on their reservation list. They should not be on Open table, if they're not willing to accept the reservations.
Not only does Sultan's Tent serve up the best Moroccan food in the city, it serves some of the best Moroccan food I've ever had, even in Morocco. The Cornish hen tagine is my favourite. I also love the fish tagine. The bistilla is perfect - moist and crispy; savoury and sweet. The restaurant is romantic and atmospheric, swathed with elaborate fabrics and carpets. It's a lovely place.
So comfortable, quiet and relaxing. It feels like an escape from the everyday. Food is very good.
