It was very pleasant; the staff were attentive enough but allowing for time to talk to friends. The atmosphere was also very pleasant, and the outdoors was very inviting. The food was good, however, would have appreciated a small plate and a few utensils to use with the Charcuterie Board and dip. The wine was very good.

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday with long time friends. We were there for almost 4 hours catching up. The service was great! Barrel room to ourselves. Very relaxed atmosphere. Some had cake pops to eat. They said they were good. Wine was great! Will definitely go back again soon!

We had Connie's birthday in the Barrel Room with 28 guests. The servers were amazing sorting through all the wine and munchie orders. The wine was great (duh!) and the personal-sized pizzas were quite good. Definitely would recommend for a gathering!

First time there but already planning to return this winter. Callie was our waitperson and was delightful. Food was better than anticipated. Wine flights were excellent. Can’t wait to experience this with other friends and family. I have visited many tasting rooms and will proudly share NoCo winery with others. Thank you.

Wine and atmosphere were on point. Charcuterie was good enough. Service and friendliness was a disappointment and this is a recurring theme for this establishment. I really wish the owners would require a little more kindness/engagement and A LOT less attitude in their staff, because it’s such a cool venue with a very inviting atmosphere and delicious wine. I’m hesitant to revisit, especially to take a guest who has never been.

The setting of the winery is beautiful, however the selection of food is minimal and without specifically asking what comes with every dish is frustrating. After being seated it took 25 minutes for someone to take our drink order and than an additional 20 minutes for it to be delivered to our table. It is also hard to spend $24 on just two drinks, and $50 on “appetizer” like sized food. I’m sure we will return again at some point in time but this is only a once a year type thing due to the pricing.

Girls working the front struggled to find my reservation, table was fit for 12 when we had 14 people, table was in the back corner by the shed. Not very appealing. Food and drinks were good server was having troubles throughout but must be new so overall she was great.

Great stop on our trip through Loveland. We enjoyed our table by the stream and had great service. Highly recommend! If you can't get reservations still stop because we noticed the host was still able to seat people inside despite them not having reservations.

Terrible customer service. Another customer order was added to our tab. We realized it after we already paid. Both waitress and manager made excuses, both saying it would be after hours or next day before their system would allow them to fix it. The fact they thought it was acceptable to have us away, paying double our tab, and not correcting it it immediately was not okay. We were not given any sort of compensation for our tab. Will not return.

We only had a wine flight and no food. We each tried a different flight which made it fun. The atmosphere is very nice both indoors and outdoors.

Wow, what a rip-off. As far as I could tell, it is not a winery. They have some non producing ornamental grape vines in the front as fakery, but the wines served are not from here (Loveland) but from California and Washington; from a variety of vineyards. IMHO they stick their label on somebody else's wholesale wines. Their flat breads are the size of a New York pizza slice, though priced as though they are a whole pizza. Imagine taking a pizza slice and then cutting it into eight small pieces and selling it for twenty bucks! Their venue is great. A huge property on the river with lots of space between tables. Half the tables are close enough to the water where one can enjoy the river sounds. Most all the tables have umbrellas to shade you on those hot Loveland summer afternoons; ours didn't and they would not provide one, not even from a nearby unoccupied table. Though to be fair, they moved us to another table. Still no umbrella, but as the sun moved lower on the horizon we were able to get some shade. Coffee ($1.50) is delicious, as was the Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc ($28.00), though no refills on coffee - seriously?! Service is super friendly but slow as molasses, especially considering they were running at less than half capacity. Granted the girls have to walk about a quarter mile from the kitchen to the riverside tables. As an example, when our food was served and we asked for extra napkins, the napkins arrived after the meal was concluded. You can't make this up! Waste not want not - I brought the extra napkins home :) Sweet Heart Winery is more about events, and their space and pricing is more suited to that, not suited to our group of seniors. I know, I know, damned seniors. Aren't we all annoyed by them? I prefer better service, better value and a real meal for the $90 plus bucks I spent on two fancied up pizza slices. Yes, the food was delicious. I'm sure they'll let my wife come back as she left an 18% tip :) Me, after this review, I'll lay low.

Our winemaker sources top-quality grapes and wine from vineyards in the California and Washington regions, then crafts every wine right here in Loveland, CO. We're glad to hear there were a few highlights to your visit, but are sorry to hear that you were less than impressed. We hope to give you a better experience if you choose to visit again.

Our server, Macy, was kind in her suggestions when we asked and overall a nice person. It was the perfect way to spend a Thursday afternoon, by the river listening to the outdoor sounds.

The wines were tasty, perhaps a bit high at $12 per glass. Their charcuterie board was delicious, with salami and cheeses, olives, honeyed nuts, and crackers. It would've been nice to include something more unusual than the cheddar cheese. The atmosphere there is lovely with a pretty lawn and trees. The indoor seating area can get a bit noisy, so we sat outdoors.

We had a table under a big tree in the back next to the river, in the shade. We ordered the Chardonnay and a charcuterie board. Eliza was our waiter and she did a wonderful job. She let us have a taste of the wine before we ordered and was very personable and friendly. Overall it was a delightful afternoon.

We sat outside and it was beautiful it was right in from of the river we had two sets of wine flight we had the cheese board, flat bread pizza and chocolate board it was delicious. We highly recommend the flat bread pizza the sauce was excellent

It is a great and serene area with plenty of space to sit and listen to the river and enjoy some wine and eats. Both are a tad on the pricey side, but that was expected. The assorted nuts are the real bargain here! The food was delicious, but really only serve one person a little too small to be shared with another person, so get multiples and try other items on the menu! We love supporting local, so we joined up as members to see what the next year will bring. Looking forward to events and more wine here.
