   Brilliant food, experience, and surroundings. I was looking forward to it but this exceeded our expectations! We had the Vegan Afternoon Tea - I strongly recommend it! We were pretty full near the end so took a couple of the cakes home in one of their boxes and got to enjoy it all over again once we got home.

   Everything was perfect. I'm dairy free but also a very fussy eater. The staff were very accommodating The food was very fresh and of a very high quality. All types of coffees, tea and cold drinks

   Everyone is lovely there and our dogs were happily welcomed which was nice but the food was a bit disappointing for the price. I got the vegan afternoon tea and vegan pink hot chocolate; the sandwiches were bland and the baked goods were kind of sickeningly sweet with not much flavour. The pink hot chocolate was lukewarm and it tasted like strawberry quik if you’re American you’ll know what I’m talking about, I had been expecting ruby chocolate. My friend said that only the clotted cream was any good on her regular tea as well. Considering how much the tea costs it was disappointing.

   The staff were not pleasant and didn’t really attend the table well. We were given our bill while we were still deciding if we wanted anything else from the menu. It wasn’t a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

    We booked a table for bottomless brunch. However, a couple of us don’t drink, so we didn’t see the value. We asked if half of the booking could do bottomless, and the other half normal food. To which our waitress told us that wasn’t possible. We then ordered our food and drinks. For the lady to then say ‘you only have 50 minutes left of your booking’. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous. Our food was bought out and…. The order was wrong The food was cold There was eggshell on the avocado The pancakes were extremely dry The feta cheese was tangy, which led me to believe it was off. Hence, I didn’t eat the rest. The waiter was informed, so she took a small token off the bill. After handing us our bill (which we hadn’t asked for), she said ‘you have ten minutes left on your booking, would you like to order drinks?’ The food was extremely disappointing. Considering we spent close to £100, I am shocked at the service and the unwillingness to alter any items. I wouldn’t recommend.

    The staff were brilliant, very attentive, we were a group of 12 ladies ordering the bottomless brunch menu. Food was lovely, pancakes were amazing and the bottomless Prosecco was great. We had one friend who wasn't drinking and the mocktail options were also really good. Really great time, thank you

    Food - good choice of sandwich filling and variety of cakes Thought bread was cheap and drying out at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and cakes were probably pre packaged? Scones were warm which was a pleasant surprise. Tea was poor, weak, cheap and bagged. Only skimmed milk. Service - poor. Very young team, screeching and howling songs, commenting on the need for holidays. Seemed disinterested in customer service. Lots of long hair hanging. Crockery - jugs and tea pots cracked, cups also returned as dirty and spoons unused as they needed a scrub too. Dirty plates left piled on floor in access way to prep/service area. Complained whilst still in shop, 10% discount. But would not return as we expected a decent cuppa for an afternoon tea and whilst the food was ok still over priced at £29.95 per head!

    Lovely little venue with absolutely wonderful staff - they were all really friendly & happy. It created a really nice atmosphere & really added to the experience. We had an afternoon tea which was great - everything tasted fresh & delicious!! Will definitely be eating here again!

    Offered a modification to the afternoon tea sandwiches on ordering and when they arrived, plated up told that the kitchen was ‘too busy to make anything different than that was already made up’ meaning one guest couldn’t eat all but one finger sandwich. Those sandwiches were soggy! Overall very disappointing given it was a special treat for the family following a very recent bereavement.

    Nicely decorated, but with two steps to entry so not suitable for disabled. Service was slow, but server was very polite. Afternoon tea was okay, but a bit over priced for what it included. I would not go there again, not leased because I am disabled and only just managed to get in the door.

    Good: 1. Free glass of Prosecco / nozecco for birthday girls 2. Adjusted bill when requested - see below 3. Macarons missing but were brought when requested 4. Sandwiches were nice 5. Nice aesthetic Bad: 1. Price on website had changed since booking by £5 per head so we were nearly overcharged. They did adjust this when we flagged 2. Plates not collected after finishing or even before we settled the bill which spoilt the ambience sitting with dirty plates in front of us 3. Service charge added on to bill so felt a bit awkward asking for this to be removed and had to go through a whole kerfuffle whereby it was paid and then refunded 4. Scones were undercooked and doughy meaning the cream melted into them like butter which wasn’t very nice 5. Some of the cakes had been frozen and lost structure, the battenburg was all melted and gooey 6. Hot drink was included but if you didn’t want tea and wanted a lemonade say, this was additional even though the tea wasn’t had

    I booked our table for a little hen party as we’d always wanted to come . I was slightly disappointed with the service as I had to ask a number of times for a high chair as we had a baby with us . Also my daughter had an afternoon tea but her pot of tea wasn’t served with it and we had to ask for that . We ate at 2 and there wasn’t a huge selection of cakes left to chose from and the panini I wanted wasn’t available either . Luckily it was close to the end of eating but there was a terrible smell it was really awful and I asked and was told it was the grill cleaner . Eventually someone opened the front door . But I was glad we’d pretty much finished as it would’ve been difficult to eat with the awful smell . The place was cute and pretty but I was disappointed overall for the amount of money it cost me .

    Lovely visit to SLT Lower Borough Walls. Both had paprika ciabatta, very nice. Had a piece of carrot cake to take home, it looked so pretty and tasted amazing. We will definitely be visiting again.

    Had a lovely visit to SLT coronation weekend had a lovely welcome, decor is very pretty all pink and lovely Pink hot chocolate was a lovely treat, breakfast was delicious Eggs Benedict was all we expected. Made our visit to Bath feel special for my neice. would love to return in the future

    I booked afternoon tea for my daughters 30th lunch… My husband and I with our daughter was perfect, she loved it and the little touch of a free cake to take home was fab… I would definitely recommend this lovely little place whether you have an occasion or not, plenty of walk-ins for a drink and cake.. just lovely, just perfect… Thank You 😊

    a little disappointed to be honest, we were booked in for 12pm and out by 12.35pm, very quick service and felt a little rushed , food nice but nothing special but very expensive for what it was I think a great venue for tourists as it looks the part but I feel it wasn’t value for money , also it didn’t feel the cleanest either, the table next to us still had stains on table and crumbs all on the seats this wasn’t cleaned at all at least not whilst we were there and glasses not particularly clean , I’m sorry if this sounds harsh but was so looking forward to this visit and just left feeling a little disappointed tbh .

    The "vegan option" for some dishes involves having the non-vegan items removed without being substituted for a different item and yet paying the same price. When I tried to amend a sandwich option to have the non-vegan cheese removed I was told it wasn't possible because the sandwiches were pre-made.

    Lovely pretty decorated cafe. There wasn't as many cakes available as I thought though however the scones were absoutely amazing! They were very busy and therefore felt a little rushed to leave but I'd come back again :-)
