Sweetwater Chophouse, Fired Stone Tavern & 4kd Crick Brewery are located on Eagle Rock Golf Club. Open to the public 7 days a week. This is the spot for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, company parties or if you are just in the mood to come out to enjoy a mouth-watering meal and amazing signature drinks. The focus for Executive Chef Aaron Weible is to maintain a scratch kitchen. Preparing everything daily from sauces to breads. Utilizing local area farmers for fresh vegetables and using our on-site herb garden. We take great pride in providing each of our guests a WOWing experience.

    First time diner here. Came for 25th anniversary. Sent message about our anniversary with reservation with OpenTable. It was never recognized in any capacity. Seated next to a party of 4, though most tables were available. Had to listen to discussions of medical procedures, divorces, death of spouse conversation over the sounds of Bon Jovi, ZZTop, AC/DC, etc. This restaurant is listed as a romantic dinner spot. The music was loud throughout the restaurant driving the volume of our neighboring table up, as well. My wife had to adjust hearing aids to muffle background "noise". The lighting was appropriate, decor and decorations appropriate. Ambiance non-existent. Sounded more like a causal steakhouse than romantice dining spot. Noise level would have been more appropriate to the pizza joint downstairs.

    We do enjoy Sweetwater but the prices are getting out of hand when you are paying for a $38 meal and then have to pay extra to have the salad bar when it has always been included before. The portions on the salmon have also become very skimpy for a $35 meal. We come way less often because the value/quality of our meals is being reduced way too often. Most fine dining restaurants also do at least 6 scallops for the price range of Sweetwater’s. The food is almost always delicious, so sorry to even complain, but this is our perspective.

    Love Sweetwater Chophouse. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get a table at the time I want. I had the Mahi Mahi and it was excellent. I always ask for the same server because she remebers us and what we like and she is always sweet and energetic.

    We love Sweetwater Chophouse! It's a great place to celebrate a special occasion. The food is always delicious, from the steaks to pastas or chicken. Save room for dessert so you can enjoy the creme brulee or cheesecake!

    We always have a great meal at Sweetwater and always have the best service as well. I recently became gluten free and I love all of their gluten free options. The truffle fries and gluten free pasta are my go to’s!

    This was our first experience at Sweetwater Chophouse. We loved the atmosphere, the food and the service. They treat their guests really well. And it was great NOT having TVs all over the restaurant! The scenery outside is fantastic.

    Everything was great, only recommendation would be have a paging system for reservations, we checked in early and had a drink at the brewery, and had to eventually check on our reservation, which we found out was ready. Not a big deal, just an enhancement to what is a great experIence overall.

    Lovely restaurant and decor! Kinda of a 1920's vibe. The only issue was i ordered a med. steak and it was rare. Didn't have time to send it back as were on a way to a show.

    Perfect date night with hubby! We had a window table and enjoyed the view. Had the Cranapple mule cocktail. Server was attentive. The steaks delicious. Didn’t feel rushed.

    The food and service was good. There was a fly buzzing around our table and for some reason halfway through dinner someone decided to start playing classic rock on a radio near our table and it was really loud. But overall a pleasant dinner.

    Parmesan fries appetizer was excellent! Salad bar was delicious! Disappointed in our meal. 6 ounce fillet medium well was over cooked and somewhat chewy. Baked potato was undercooked as it was slightly almost crunchy. Also had ribs which were overdone. Additional baked potato was also undercooked. We frequent the place a few times a year, and this by far was a very disappointing meal, when comparing to previous visits.
